Teachings of the Lord to Bob Neumann
I just spent the last hour just driving around with THE LORD. I have been doing it for years. Sometimes it is because i have a "need" somewhere in my life and iknow my only source is THROUGH THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT. I do not look for things to get spiritual on. But things that i have "mumbled" about over and over will find a focus and a "SUDDEN CLARITY" just hits me in the face.
Over the last few days i have had a few "loose threads" that have kept my attention and kept me "mumbling". Now you might ask yourself why i mention "mumbling". Let me give you a simple answer. Ever find mumbling to yourself..."GEE LORD....why did you send me here?....what am i supposed to do now?....is that a joke?....." Mumbling under your breath when you are supposed to be praying....Murmuring to yourself as you find yourself with one problem after another....one bigger trial following another big trial. In the natural if you saw someone mumbling and murmuring to themselves you would distance yourself from that "crazy person". In Hebrew the term we find repeatedly translated "meditation" in the KING JAMES actually means to "murmur" .… to "mumble"...to "mutter".... But then again Paul explains it well....
18 Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.
19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.
20 And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain.
Sure it sounds foolish...insane even....but to walk in HIS WISDOM is to walk in HUMILITY....BEFORE HIM. Yesterday someone on this sight spoke about "'relationship, relationship, relationship'". So i had to add that to all that i had mumbled about for the last few days. And what had been running in my Thoughts was the images of North Carolina having both an area of BLESSING and of REFUGE. As i said something that is something i have some awareness of....you can say. It just so happens that in that hour i covered most of McDOWELL COUNTY. From NEBO to PLEASANT GARDENS, from OLD FORT to MARION. McDowell is one of the SEVEN counties where BLESSING will be reserved.
Now that was not a WORD i received and shared. It is a "word" that i was having a personal problem with WITNESSING TO. ****i am not saying it is not a TRUE WORD....what i am saying is i am having a problem.**** That is why me and THE LORD had a serious ride and talk session. So i had a load on my HEART....concerning images of REFUGE...GOSHEN.... BLESSING ....RELATIONSHIP.... but then something kicked in....so to speak...The person who shared "'relationship, relationship, relationship'" .Started with "LOCATION>>>LOCATION>>>LOCATION".
The old adage about successful businesses require a "proper location". Being properly positioned in the marketplace.
Where "traffic" flows around you. Now if you had been with us in our drive you may have noticed all the "PRIME REAL ESTATE" upon which closed restaurants, gas stations, factories presently sit. You would have passed the MARION WINN-DIXIE with the "GOING OUT OF BUSINESS" sign across the front. Maybe you would have noticed the empty church parking lots. Little is done during the week in most of them. And you would be surprised how many church buildings stay locked on Sunday. CLOSED DOWN....for whatever reason. So once again i asked ABBA....why am i here? After four years i still am amazed how smooth and slick things went to get me here and to keep me here. The drive ended in the center of MCDowell County. Just off of MAIN STREET in MARION. At the RAILROAD STATION. It too is closed....has been for years. Same can be said of Old Fort and Nebo.
Now trains run through here all the time. Heavy freight trains. But none stop. Seems like there is nothing that is needed from McDowell County....and nothing is coming.… Strange IMAGE....strange THREAD.... Now when i think of GOSHEN....i think of a place prepared.....with a purpose ....for a season.
REFUGE is a place to run and hide in. Now in all therecent posts i see nothing about PEACE...SAFETY… Which is interesting. I know that i am in my place...i have been BLESSED with PROVISION and PEACE.Someone sent me a post in the last week talking about "OVERFLOWING GRACE"....and in my spirit RED FLAGS raised up HIGH. So in my mumblings i was reminded that THE BOOK does not use the "TERM" '''''overflowing'''' in relations to GRACE... DIVINE FAVOR. In fact Paul himself states that GOD told him he had been given SUFFICIENT GRACE.....which is all we really need. Like MANNA in the desert.... take enough for the day...and be thankful. In point of fact...Paul uses the term "OVERFLOWING" with JOY and THANKFULLNESS...or THANKSGIVING.
On the other hand....Isaiah speaks of "OVERFLOWING"....he talks about "MIGHTY WATERS"..."STREAMS"... and twice he says "SCOURGE". Jeremiah talks about FLOOD...and Ezekiel RAIN and SHOWERS....all "OVERFLOWING".... Now i share all this with you readers of the WPA SITE not as a prophetic word....because it is not. It is just a stream of mumblings. So i await what is to come. To many all this "prophetic" warnings is but a way to kill idle time. Something to entertain them.
They really do not take too much that is GODLY seriously. That is because their "relationship" with THE MOST HIGH GOD has never changed, grown or matured. 10-15-20 years supposedly as Christians and still have a sheep relationship with THE SHEPHERD....still infants crying for milk when they should be "growing up". Relationship is indeed important....but so is OBEDIENCE...but what can you expect from SHEEP … GOATS … TODLERS and INFANTS? How do you look for accountability in the sheepfold and the nursery? Warnings are important....but only when obeyed...followed through with. Otherwise all we have is what the prophet spoke of....
27 Say thou thus unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; As I live, surely they that are in the wastes shall fall by the sword, and him that is in the open field will I give to the beasts to be devoured, and they that be in the forts and in the caves shall die of the pestilence.
28 For I will lay the land most desolate, and the pomp of her strength shall cease; and the mountains of Israel shall be desolate, that none shall pass through.
29 Then shall they know that I am the LORD, when I have laid the land most desolate because of all their abominations which they have committed.
30 Also, thou son of man, the children of thy people still are talking against thee by the walls and in the doors of the houses, and speak one to another, every one to his brother, saying, Come, I pray you, and hear what is the word that cometh forth from the LORD.
31 And they come unto thee as the people cometh, and they sit before thee as my people, and they hear thy words, but they will not do them: for with their mouth they shew much love, but their heart goethafter their covetousness.
32 And, lo, thou art unto them as a very lovely song of one that hath a pleasant voice, and can play well on an instrument: for they hear thy words, but they do them not.

Dear WPA,
It is now 4:44 in the morning as i attempt to write this post. In about 60 hours it will be nearly sunset on Saturday, and the day of TISHA B'AV...the NINTH DAY OF THE MONTH OF AV. Interesting how all of this comes together here and now.
9 Haste ye, and go up to my father, and say unto him, Thus saith thy son Joseph, God hath made me lord of all Egypt: come down unto me, tarry not:
10 And thou shalt dwell in the land of Goshen, and thou shalt be near unto me, thou, and thy children, and thy children's children, and thy flocks, and thy herds, and all that thou hast:
11 And there will I nourish thee; for yet there are five years of famine; lest thou, and thy household, and all that thou hast, come to poverty.
GENESIS 45 begins with JOSEPH revealing HIMSELF to HIS BROTHERS. AFTER the FAMINE had been 2 YEARS running....with 5 more to go. If you start in Genesis 30:24 we see Joseph born. In Genesis 37 his story begins when he is 17. By the time chapter 45 begins Joseph's story covers at least 12years, and as many as 15+. We do not know for sure.All that is really important is that everywhere JOSEPH went...THE LORD WAS WITH him....and two things occurred. Joseph found FAVOR in the eyes of MAN...and GOD BLESSED the men, people, and land...that showed FAVOR to Joseph. andthat is it... so what is the big deal about GOSHEN… it all REVOLVES around HOW an OMNIPOTENT GOD can do all kinds of STUFF through all kinds of PEOPLE for a SET TIME...a SET SITUATION...to PROVIDE FOR THE PEOPLE HE HAS PROMISED...
Back in 1997 i first got warned about Y2K. Yet as people were talking about Y2K i was starting to TALK on the WWW about THE COMING STORM. Now i was first warned about 3 coming STORMS in 1988-89. In 1990 i was told to get serious and i bought Hurricane Shutters for my home in south DADE COUNTY. In 1990 nothing happened....but in 1991 HURRICANE ANDREW came and ilearned just how GOOD GOD could provide when I found myself with the roof being torn off and the house flooding. and by 1997 we had rebuilt and were "prospering".... So when 1997 i was "blessed" with the images of "WATCHMAN WHAT OF THE NIGHT"..."THE COMING STORM"....and THE LAND OF GOSHEN...and THE PLAGUES..
21 And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch out
thine hand toward heaven, that there may be darkness over the land of Egypt, even darkness which may be felt. 22 And Moses stretched forth his hand toward heaven; and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt three days:
23 They saw not one another, neither rose any from his place for three days: but all the children of Israelhad light in their dwellings.
Yes the land of Goshen was the place prepared when for THE FAMINE. But it was also the place of LIGHT when THE LAND was COVERED IN DARKNESS. Three days solid...but before that GOD severs GOSHEN from EGYPT when the PLAGUE of FLIES is about to hit...
22 And I will sever in that day the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there; to the end thou mayest know that I am the LORD in the midst of the earth.
We know who our GOD is because there are ""NO FLIES"" in the PLACE HE PREPARED. Just another IMAGE... In 1997 i was told to PREPARE....1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003...the first SEVEN years...the time of ABUNDANCE...the time for PREPERATION.
2004 was the first year of "famine".
2005 would be the time where things come together. And they seem to be.
Joseph had no choice about being a slave in EGYPT. He was sold literally by his brothers. But he had a choice in Potaphar's House. He had choices in prisonand in front of Pharoah. And GOD USED HIM. Over the years people have gotten WORDS about THE JOSEPH MINISTRY...CITIES OF REFUGE...and GOSHEN(S). All require OBEDIENCE somewhere along the line... and patience to persevere...till THE SET TIME COMES.
Now i left Florida in 2001. It was a leap of FAITH that was goaded by loss of PEACE, FAVOR, and COMFORT in where we were/had been for years. And when we got to the PLACE i now stand...PEACE, FAVOR, and COMFORT got poured out again. So even when you "crash land" GOD is in control...if you are in obedience things work out in ways unimaginable.
Now is this PLACE of SAFETY...BLESSING...PEACE because of GOD PREPARING a PLACE for those HE LOVES...????? Or is it because those WHO LOVE THE LORD PREPARED FOR HIM A PLACE BUILT WITH "GOLD", "SILVER", and "PRECIOUS STONES"....???????
There is an old song that goes....LORD prepare me....to be a SANCTUARY...for YOU...
So what have any of us done for THE LORD?

Sometimes i sit in absolute amazement where THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT can lead me. I might start at talking about my own personal doubts and yielding to THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT in spite of how imight be perceived. I can start with looking foolish in man's eyes and end with THE SANCTUARY OF THE LORD.
12 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble;
13 Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of whatsort it is.
We all are building something. Sure there is a lot of flammable material involved. Wood, hay, and stubble are light and easy to carry. Our lives are full of it.And it will burn up and all will remain is ashes. Years ago i was given numerous visions about this image of ashes...one such is here...in the WPA LINKS under ....the_forge_and_the_scales.html (Or on this site under the_forge_and_the_scales.html)
Scripture says we will all be required to stand before our MASTER and account for THE TALENT(S) HE entrusted to us. OHHHH....i'm sorry...only HIS SERVANTS are accountable! Soooo....if i never acknowledge being a servant i can not be held accountable. That maybe so.But remember the PARABLE OF THE TALENTS is an IMAGE. Like the SHEEP AND THE GOATS.... yet even in the PARABLE of THE SHEEP and THE GOATS THE KING explains why SHEEP are SHEEP and GOATS are GOATS. Now i am NOT PREACHING about a PERFORMANCE GOSPEL... a gospel based on WORKS...and STUFF. I am talking about how we are all required to choose what we do... when we do it...how we dot...and why we do it...in our lives. Our lives is our WITNESS...the FRUITS we as living trees PRODUCE...for HIM... and it all revolves around HIM...and HE said all HE DID was to PLEASE ABBA. So all we are and all we do should be pleasing to ABBA. All that wood, hay, and stubble will not last HIS FIRE. Only GOLD, SILVER, and PRECIOUS STONES comes through to eternity. Now all of this is just IMAGES and PATTERNS...
15 In the light of the king's countenance is life; and his favor is as a cloud of the latter rain.
16 How much better is it to get wisdom than gold! And to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver!
17 The highway of the upright is to depart from evil: he that keepeth his way preserveth his soul.
The REVELATION of JESUS CHRIST in my life is how I perceive HIM and act upon it. That is what people see if i am walking in obedience. That is my WITNESS. So I find myself sharing this with others through the WWW and the WPA.
What anyone gets from it depends how they perceive and what they do afterwards. So let me share with you the beginning of the BOOK OF PROVERBS...
2 To know wisdom and instruction; to perceive the words of understanding;
3 To receive the instruction of wisdom, justice, and judgment, and equity;
4 To give subtlety to the simple, to the young man knowledge and discretion.
5 A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels:
6 To understand a proverb, and the interpretation; the words of the wise, and their dark sayings.
7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
Everything BEGINS with the FEAR OF THE LORD. CONVICTION and REPENTANCE comes because we realize that THERE IS A LORD to be feared. THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT is the ONE who brings us to THE SON....brings us to conviction of our crimes/sins so that we can call out unto THE SON in brokenness and repentance. Only then....only then can we find GOLD, SILVER, and STONES PRECIOUS...in HIS SIGHT....MALACHI 3...
16 Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name.
17 And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.
18 Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.
As a man spareth his own son that serveth HIM.

Dear WPA,
I am addressing this post to the "members" of the WPA and those who just "read" it for whatever reason. (Why i start with such a statement will make sense as iproceed.) As of today, the "church", the "WPA", every community, area, state and nation is at a "crossroads". Each of us, as individuals, are on a "journey" whether weunderstand it, or not. Like it or not....it does not matter.
Sheep christians can distinguish HIS VOICE from all the other voices, and HE SAYS that they follow HIM. That they do so knowingly. So if you really are one of HIS SHEEP crossroads are no big deal...you follow where HE LEADS because you HEAR HIS VOICE. The problem is that there are a whole lot of plain old "church going" and "generational church going" Christians that show up on any given Sunday and sit.
They sit because it is expected of them. Either they were dragged there as kids and got used to it.... or they figured to "blend" in with the "right people"spending a few hours in a specific building for a few hours on Sunday will increase business and personal contacts. Now most of these have never HEARD HIS VOICE. They listen to "men" and figure just sitting and killing time is all it takes. In fact in most of these "congregations" they are taught that HE DOES NOT SPEAK to anyone...period. But worse than that are those "congregations" where the "men" who run THE SHOW are the only ones who hear anything and you had better do what they say...or else. So today if all the REVELATION you have been given is that of THE SHEPHERD.... listen HARD for HIS VOICE and FOLLOW WHERE HE LEADS.
Now if you have learned to discern WORDS in HIS VOICE, such as YES...NO...STOP ...GO...you are a child who has "learned to WALK"....and if you LISTEN HE WILL tell you which way to turn. And it is just as easy to HOLD HIS HAND and WALK ALONG. But all too soon toddlers who hold HIS HAND want to just run...run everywhere...call it "too much energy".
It is easy to get ahead...and easy to get lost. So you have to LISTEN once again...and return to HIM from where you turned WRONG.
But children grow up and LEARN OF HIM. And HE TELLS THEM to MAKE CHOICES… some seem hard...some simple. FOLLOW ME is SIMPLE....unless you have to get rid of "stuff" in your life you assess as of value. and picking up your cross and following HIM is not too hard unless you remember where HE IS LEADING YOU. YET...we all die sometime...or someday… so what's the BIG DEAL? Simple, AIN'T IT!!!
Then there are the few SERVANTS who are UNDER HIS AUTHORITY. DEAD in CHRIST... who go WHERE HE SENDS THEM. Do what HE TELLS them to do.
They run into CROSSROADS all the time.
They have learned, sometimes hard and sometimes not so hard to TRUST HIM. PERIOD.
So you have to decide. What revelation are you moving in? Do you hear and follow? Do you hear, listen, and HOLD ON TO HIS HAND? Or do you GO when HE SAYS GO?

CONSTRUCTING A SOLID FOUNDATION
Dear WPA,
11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
There is only one TERM in THESE TWO VERSES which is actually important..... EDIFYING... In modern Greek it is a architectural term...to construct, build, assemble according to a plan. In old Greekit is used for buildings...and putting buildings together. Check Dr STRONG #3619...
So to build the "church"...the body of CHRIST we need some prophets and pastors.. some apostles and evangelists...some teachers. Without them the "church" can not do "THE PERFECTING OF THE SAINTS". The root term for "perfecting" means....
1) to render, i.e. to fit, sound, complete a) to mend (what has been broken or rent), to repair
1) to complete
b) to fit out, equip, put in order, arrange, adjust
1) to fit or frame for one's self, preparec) ethically: to strengthen, perfect, complete, make one what he ought to be
Basically THE SAINTS are completed...equipped...to do THE MINISTRY....not the CLERGY...try getting that idea past any pastors conference. JESUS never designated a clergy/laity demarcation. You notice the term "laity"...."lay people".....straight out of the ROMAN CATHOLIC Catechism. Soooo....why do the "main line" denominations use it? Why do the Pentecostals and the charismatics?
It is an honest question. Why do people who say they are in "professional ministry" get so intense about separating the "professionals" from the "amateurs"?Why do they ask for your "papers"? Why do they ask what "seminary" or "bible college" you attended?
The same reason why the Pharisees asked JESUS who HIS RABBI was.... "And when he was come into the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came unto him as he was teaching, and said, By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority?" Now if JESUS had sat at a man's feet and been instructed the "chief priests" and "elders" could argue against HIM and his HUMAN source.
The problem was that JESUS came to this world "under authority", and because of that HE could easily declare all authority had been given HIM.
So why do men who hold positions act as if they had all authority and power when dealing with "us" common men. Because the religious authorities of HIS day had no FEAR OF GOD, so they did about all they wanted to do. Their only fear was ROME. They refused to answer JESUS question because they also "feared" the common people. As long as we keep the people quiet and controlled, ROME will not replace us.
That is how they saw the issue. And that is how they saw JESUS... a threat to their control. They feared the common people rising up and putting JESUS in a secular throne, and bringing civil war and rebellion against IMPERIAL ROME. Here was JESUS preaching a gospel unlike their traditions. Miracles and stuff were talked about daily. People were getting into a MESSIAH mind set. So thereligious authorities were troubled. If JESUS would play ball with them and join their "side" the people could be kept safely under control and ROME would not bother religious authority. So we see JESUS invited to homes of Pharisees quite often.
After John was beheaded, HE was the top SUPERSTAR on the scene. JESUS coming to dinner at your villa awed the peasants...the common people. Just as long as those same common people did not hear JESUS call "us" a brood of vipers or whitewashed sepulchers.
Then religious authority ruled and controlled the people. JESUS warned of "THE NICOLAITINS". So what do we have today in our organized religions, mainline and not so mainline denominations? RELIGIOUS PROFESSIONALS....PASTORAL DICTATORSHIPS ...PROPHETIC POTENTAITS....APOSTALIC EMPIRES.
Why are MEGA-CHURCHES desirable?
Why do some pastors fear honest questions?Why do we spend tons of money on mortgages to buildbig fancy monuments to men, and not to GOD?Why spend tons of money to by TV, Satellite, Cable, and Radio airtime and nothing for the local population around the block?
BECAUSE NICOLAITINS WORSHIP MAMMON!
In the world you have to spend money to make money! So it is in the FALSE CHURCH.
And since no one has a clue what a TRUE CHURCH looks like, acts like, sounds like....we have no comparison.
What we do know is in very few places will you find "clergy" bringing all the people into the ministry scripture asks for. Read ISAIAH 58 and see if thoseare the areas of intense effort in your "church"? Take a good look at what a MOST HOLY GOD SAYS IS IMPORTANT TO HIM....
[Is] not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?
[Is it] not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?
Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy reward.
Wonder why the LAND is COVERED IN DEEP DARKNESS?

First let me make one statement right now. I will not use the term "church" from now on. Or i will at least try very hard not to.
Because Paul speaks of THE BODY OF CHRIST as being where THE SAINTS will eventually come to a "state" of perfection, talking about any congregation, denomination, or the buildings they have constructed is useless. Especially if the building is there to impress people. Get their attention. Help sell their GOSPEL of PROSPERITY....to the unknowing.
1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
4 For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office:
5 So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.
So Paul says that we are many. We have all been given GRACE, FAITH, and OFFICES .... in measure. Think on the TERM "TALENT(S)". Read it again...we all have been given. PERIOD. To teach otherwise is a LIE from THE PIT. A DOCTRINE OF MEN AND DEMONS.
6Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; And now adds GIFTS...that differ from one to another. Once again based upon GRACE and nothing else. So why are THE OFFICES and GIFTS so used and abused by so many? So the BODY of SAINTS will not be equipped, trained, or prepared for what lies ahead...
Again very simple...but let's stay in Romans...
7 Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching;

YES VIRGINIA...there is supposed to someone(s) who ruleth...are "IN CHARGE"... and they should be DILIGENT. HARD WORKING...

Give preference to others and not to demand it for yourself. You see, NICOLAITINS demand to be served by those less than them. THE SERVANTS OF THE KING know that they are to serve all and to be the LEAST in HIS KINGDOM. Now for the real hard part...

15 Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.
16 Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.
We all like the REJOICE part, don't we. Hard to be SAME MINDED with people who have personal agendas they place on their own HIGH PLACE. Likewise, don't elevate your own ideas and issues. If we really seek first THE KINGDOM of HEAVEN it isn't a problem. But if we got any "stuff" we are holding onto, HEAVEN can not be first. Sure we try. But it can not work.
So that is where the JOURNEY of THE REMNANT is leading us...and we are all in TRAVEL MODE...or should be.
We sure ain't perfect....but that is the point... it is a hard, long process for all who "CHOOSE" to follow. JESUS never said to just sit around and wait for things to just happen. HE SAID COME TO ME and LEARN...from/of HIM. To pick up our own personal cross and follow where HE LEADS. No man will lead you, that's for sure.
So people...what do we do now.

It is time to move on.
By now most of you have figured out that this "old dog" does not like NICOLAITINS. By this time you should realize that THE LAMB OF GOD hates them and their teachings. THE KING OF GLORY has no use for those WICKED SERVANTS who abuse the sheep and the servants in HIS HOUSE.
Now anyone who is a "member" of THE WPA should have known what a NICOLAITIN is....being either a WATCHMAN or a PROPHET requires that you know you were called by THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT. Again Isaiah 61...THE SPIRIT OF THE SOVEREIGN GOD is upon me...has anointed me...
Likewise Paul instructed us in his letter to Timmy...
15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
16 But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.
All the WPA should be STUDENTS...DIVIDING the WORD of TRUTH. Somewhere along the line you should have read/studied Revelation 2 and 3 and picked up on NICOLAITINS and BAALAM...isure know you throw old JEZEBELL around easy enough.
So let's get away from all the BABBLINGS that are unproductive...useless...and will help no one in the days ahead.
Yesterday Stephen Bening and i spoke by phone and he told me to just let the "fur fly". Many will not understand where THE REMNANT is going, or why. Many will find reason to be offended ....that will prove that they have problems only THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT can help them with.
You see...our ultimate GOAL is to be dead in CHRIST. To have taken our cross and let ourselves get nailed to it for all to see. Naked and bleeding for all to see. That is our goal.

We are all in this process PAUL is talking about. By grace we are being changed...not by works. DEAD MEN/WOMEN do not get OFFENDED. DEADMEN and DEADWOMEN have only one goal, to please THE FATHER. And the last thing we want to do is to FRUSTRATE THE GRACE OF GOD. That is what THE NICOLAITINS DO...and they do it quite well.
So let's get beyond that and see what we are supposed to be doing...here and now.

Gifts and Offices
Because Paul lists the offices in Ephesians 4 as essential to the BODY "coming together" and will be "equipped". Yet in 1 Corinthians 12 OFFICES and GIFTS sort of MERGE....
28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.
29 Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles?
30 Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?
31 But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.
SOOOOO....let's expand the OFFICES beyond "THE FIVE-FOLD" pattern that predominates present thinking...
FIRST APOSTLES...
SECOND PROPHETS...
THIRD TEACHERS...
FOURTH WORKER OF MIRACLES...
FIFTH HEALERS...
SIXTH HELPERS/HOSPITALITY/WORKERS(?)...
SEVENTH GOVERNMENT....sometimes ADMINISTRATIONS...
EIGHTH DIVERSITY OF TONGUES...or maybe.. LANGUAGES as in ACTS 2:4-16.
So call it EIGHT FOLD MINISTRY...and notice a missing office? No PASTORS...

MANY ARE CALLED
Dear WPA,
It has now been about a week since i tried to bring fourth an image of a functioning ASSEMBLY OF SAINTS. I use the term "functioning" because the BRIDE OF CHRIST IS ALIVE. ACTIVE. During this time there have been quite a few posts placed upon the WPA. Some of them deal with THE GIFTS and THE OFFICES that are mentioned in the writings of both Peter and Paul. No one has actually come out and said that the "offices" and "gifts" are really non-existant in much of the world today. Maybe someone should have.
When i began this "journey" i started with a quote from THE RED LETTERS..."MANY ARE CALLED....FEW ARE CHOSEN". I left out a little 3 letter word, a conjunction, it joins MANY with FEW. WE are all CALLED. Make no doubt about that. But exactly what have you as an individual been called to. None of the scriptures i have shared with you should be foreign to any on the WPA.
In the STORY of THE WEDDING BANQUET we see THE KING. HIS SON HAS MADE THINGS READY. THE KING DECIDES THAT """NOW""" the TIME is READY...the BANQUET is PREPARED.
So what does HE DO... ONE...HE SENDS OUT HIS SERVANTS.... TWO...TO BRING THOSE GUESTS INVITED LONG AGO. BUT THEY DO NOT COME...more on this later.
THREE...SERVANTS GO OUT EVERYWHERE AND ""COMPEL"" ALL TO COME TO THE BANQUET. One man is thrown out because he refuses to be garbed in what THE KING GAVE TO ALL.
FOUR...THE ARMY GOES OUT AND BURNS THE CITY of the #2 people.
So in all there are 5 specific parts here. Anyone ever notice that the STORY NEVER mentions the NEWLYWEDS?
FIRST is THE KING'S SERVANTS...those that probably did the work on the banquet. They went out eagerly to the SECOND GROUP...who had no intent at going. And were nasty to THE KING'S SERVANTS.
The THIRD GROUP are those sent out to find the FOURTH GROUP who are RUSHED in at THE LAST MINUTE. But we see a problem where THE ROBES OF RIGHTIOUSNESS are ignored ...man wants his own garments. Check the LETTER to LAODICEA and get a clue.
And finally there is the ARMY THAT GOES FORTH TO DESTROY...BURN...the CITY of our #2.
Many are called....few chosen.
As watchmen we should understand this clearly. Isaiah 62...GOD SAYS “"MY WATCHMEN"” ...HIS POSESSIONS. As prophets again we should understand this clearly. Ezekiel 3. GOD CHOOSES. No man can.
THE OFFICES are GIVEN...THE GIFTS are GIVEN...for a PURPOSE.
IF THE PURPSE IS TO PERFECT/EQUIP THE SAINTS TO DO HIS MINISTRY...why is it so hard?
IN THE KING'S HOUSE we first see SERVANTS. BEING AN OMNIPOTENT, OMNISCIENT, OMNIPRESENT, ETERNAL and HOLY GOD one might figure HE HAS a pretty good structure of how things are done...when things are done...and who is to do them.
ALL HE NEEDS ARE MAN AND WOMEN who want to serve HIM...and only HIM. Many may say it...look at those who knew about the wedding and were not going. But few desire to serve....to be the least in THE KINGDOM.
So why is it so hard?
Why do we not see MIRACLES and HEALINGS all the time? Why do "so called believers" make bad choices day in and day out when WORDS of WISDOM and WORDS of KNOWLEDGE should be anticipated. Where can i find GODLY government and administration? SOUND MANAGEMENT of GIFTS AND OFICES.

US modern types love to quote about Being a CHOSEN GENERATION...and...a ROYAL PRIESTHOOD. As if one generation has a shot at it. Funny how MOSES put it all into a bizarre context.
It starts in
Deu 7:6... For thou [art] an holy people unto the LORD thy God: the LORD thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that [are] upon the face of the earth.
Deu 7:7 The LORD did not set his love upon you, nor choose you, because ye were more in number than any people; for ye [were] the fewest of all people:
Deu 7:8 But because the LORD loved you, and because he would keep the oath which he had sworn unto your fathers, hath the LORD brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.
Deu 7:9 Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he [is] God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;
Deu 7:10 And repayeth them that hate him to their face, to destroy them: he will not be slack to him that hateth him, he will repay him to his face.
Deu 7:11 Thou shalt therefore keep the commandments, and the statutes, and the judgments, which I command thee this day, to do them.
Deu 7:12 Wherefore it shall come to pass, if ye hearken to these judgments, and keep, and do them, that the LORD thy God shall keep unto thee the covenant and the mercy which he sware unto thy fathers:
Deu 7:13 And he will love thee, and bless thee, and multiply thee: he will also bless the fruit of thy womb, and the fruit of thy land, thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep, in the land which he sware unto thy fathers to give thee.
The main issue here is OBEDIENCE...just being "chosen" does not bring blessings and prosperity. So the children of ABRAHAM are THE CHOSEN PEOPLE...and as Paul TAUGHT...we are IN GRAFTED... obedience is rewarded...rebellion brings curses.
Yet when it came to PRIESTHOOD...only one tribe held that duty. The Levites. Yet when it came to being ANOINTED...it was only Aaron and his sons.
But when you add the concept of CHOSEN and ANOINTED you eventually find yourself in Isaiah and you SEE MESSIAH...
Yet now hear, O Jacob my servant; and Israel, whom I have chosen: Thus saith the LORD that made thee, and formed thee from the womb, [which] will help thee; Fear not, O Jacob, my servant; and thou, Jeshurun, whom I have chosen.
For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring:
And they shall spring up [as] among the grass, as willows by the water courses.
One shall say, I [am] the LORD'S; and another shall call [himself] by the name of Jacob; and another shall subscribe [with] his hand unto the LORD, and surname [himself] by the name of Israel.
Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I [am] the first, and I [am] the last; and beside me [there is] no God.
And who, as I, shall call, and shall declare it, and set it in order for me, since I appointed the ancient people? and the things that are coming, and shall come, let them shew unto them.

Only GOD can declare and appoint...chose and anoint. But let's stick with ISAIAH for a few more "images"... Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction. For mine own sake, [even] for mine own sake, will I do [it]: for how should [my name] be polluted? and I will not give my glory unto another. Hearken unto me, O Jacob and Israel, my called; I [am] he; I [am] the first, I also [am] the last.
Mine hand also hath laid the foundation of the earth, and my right hand hath spanned the heavens: [when] I call unto them, they stand up together.
Two sections of Isaiah that sounds like REV 1. But we also see THE FURNACE OF AFFLICTION ...is reserved for THOSE WHO ARE CHOSEN. But just being CHOSEN is not enough it seems. We have to go through the FIRE, we have to be OBEDIENT, we have to overcome all the "stuff"....
Rev 17:14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him [are] called, and chosen, and faithful.
Faithful...like in servant(s)... Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?
For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, [there is] no beauty that we should desire him.
He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were [our] faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
But he [was] wounded for our transgressions, [he was] bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace [was] upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

So by what right should any man complain about how ROUGH things may get. ME...i'm a sinner in need of a REDEEMER...a SAVIOR. So if HE CHOSES me why should I complain?
I started this whole "discussion" with Isaiah 61...
The Spirit of the Lord GOD [is] upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to [them that are] bound;
To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;
To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.
Now all of this was to GLORIFY THE FATHER....PERIOD. Just ask THE SON.
So who and what are we supposed to be.... this ain't rocket science people...it is FAITH and TRUST in spite how things are going moment by moment.
Maybe we have to start ALL OVER... And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;....
TRY IT AGAIN... and HE GAVE some,....

OBEDIENCE TO THE FATHER BRINGS STONES...
BEING CHOSEN means that WE ARE GIVEN... to do whatever ABBA wants done.
All an Apostle really is is someone who is "SENT OUT". JESUS SENT THEM OUT...first 12...then 70.... at the end HE SENT THEM OUT TO THE WHOLE WORLD....
To BAPTIZE....to PREACH the GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM... and to make DISCIPLES.
So some are given...some are placed...positioned... to do...the GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM.

I guess three days would be enough time to read the question i asked, and respond. So far all of 9 posts were rec'd, and because i counted the couple as two I have 10 responses.
Today the counter says 390+ members of the WPA.
Call it 2.5% responding.
So i had to ask myself, am i deceived? Did THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT really want the subject of EMPOWERMENT of THE BRIDE OF CHRIST discussed among the members of the WPA? Or maybe the vast majority of the WPA could care less about anything? If you think i am asking the REAL TOUGH QUESTIONS of the WPA, try and see it from my point of view. Before i pass along these questions and issues, i have spent some long hard time alone on the hill top.
In my last post to you as a group, i said that my initial attention was to write a short post. Instead I found myself in a bizarre situation. Let me place it before you....
I really have a lot of doubts about the WPA. Maybe it is the EZEKIEL 33 thing....maybe it is the content of much of the discussions. Like Joe i have this deep grief in my spiritman because i do not want any "virgins" foolish enough to let their lamps go out. I know ABBA has made special effort to protect HIS SHEEP and HIS CHILDREN, but the "virgins" and the "ignorant brethren" are fair game to every predator that comes along.
So how does THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT slap me on the head and say GET ER DONE....by bringing a name i had not heard in 10-12 years? By reminding me when i "flowed" in HIM, and it was recognized. I remembered how fast THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT would move. But like i said, that was years ago, and in it's appropriate time i was told to leave the congregation i had spent 4 years with.
Oh yes, there are aspects i most certainly miss. But I was asked if i would give up all for HIM. And i said yes, long, long ago. So i ask questions i have worked hard to understand why THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT is now wanting me to move and act. All it takes is a false prophet to drop a name that brings back memories of both anointing and koinonia.
Francois asked me a real hard question. I have not answered him yet on it because it is a question that is based on his flowing in the most basic gift every child of GOD should have WORKING at all times... THE GIFT OF DISCERNMENT.
Francois asked..."Bob isn't it time that you declare your apostolic mission and stand in the authority of it? You were sent on a mission by the LORD Himself.
Isn't it time? You would know."
Francois, the problem is that very few can discern ANOINTING. Take the TERM "KOINONIA". I can enter a room and i have this radar that jumps up and points out any and all servants of THE LORD. Usually they have picked up the radar pulse and wonder who has entered their space...but not always.
And then the reverse is true, i have early warning for SERPENT SEED and those tied to the DEMONIC. Likewise I have watched both religious people and new agers leave skid marks on the carpet in their hurry to get away from me.
Most people have no real clue of what an "apostolic mission" is. We have all been told that an apostle has planted/established churches, right. Which is why Paul had to introduce himself as an apostle with almost all of his letters. Now the other guys were Apostles and we have no idea what they did or how they did it.
So if you look at the IMAGE of an "Apostolic Mission"....i can hear the music from MISSION:IMPOSSIBLE playing in the background...getting louder...."your mission, should you decide to accept it...." How do you turn down THE KING OF GLORY? So you are given a mission...you study it, plan an action, obtain proper equipment, and carry it out. And if you succeed....no one will ever know what you did...fail and the government will deny....
So my MISSION is to PREPARE and EQUIP the SAINTS for when THE LITTLE HORN will begin his war against THE SAINTS of THE LIVING GOD. And the SAINTS will take
care of HIS PEOPLE....read DANIEL...with DISCERNMENT....and notice how GABRIEL words things.
BUT nothing will ever happen until THE GIFT OF DISCERNMENT grows among the saints(little 's' ). To DISCERN the DIFFERANCE between THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT and other spirits. To discern false from TRUE, to see the mixture that is prevalent and show where people combine LIGHT with variations of shadow and darkness.
Weekly i get several posts telling me i am a false prophet...last week i was told i was a heretic-hunter. "Out to get people"...
Well, i guess i am. "Out to get" the phonies and the showmen, those who put themselves out front as the bring their circuses to town to entertain "the rubes"....the "SHUCKERS AND JIVERS" out there scamming the BODY and stunting it's growth. I guess i am also "out to get" the "SHILLS"...those that knowingly pass and forward posts from FALSE PROPHETS...
Remember the ancient adage, "IF YOU CANNOT DAZZLE THEM WITH BRILLIANCE, BURY THEM IN BULLSHIT".

When i came downstairs i had all intentions of asking the WPA to decide which area they felt was the greatest need. THE GIFTS or THE OFFICES. I figured let you vote....see how "everyone" out there perceives the "times and seasons". So before i could write this post, situations suddenly changed.
Now i will still ask for a vote...there are 387 "members"...and quite a few frequent visitors. Past experience says 20 people will respond.
Personally, i take this very seriously... how "the wpa company" takes it is up for grabs.
Talk about it...take some time and really ask ABBA what HE WANTS. i am going offline till Monday AM. I actually work for a living...

Discerning Of Spirits
If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall [your] heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?
Years ago i came upon this verse and wondered what kind of gifts should we be asking for? I had been to enough "prayer meetings" that basically were long "wish lists" for money, power, health and favor...and usually in that order. "Finances" was always a hot request. Once i heard a young associate pastor simply ask for "LOTS OF WEALTH". At the time i thought it was fairly funny. Later i realized it was sad to find out that "bigger boys and bigger toys" was just as real in the congregations as it is in the world.
How can anyone preach a "prosperity gospel" that says the SAINTS should all be filthy rich, and anyone struggling from paycheck to paycheck is "lacking in faith"? In the same train of thought how can someone who claims a "healing" ministry say all who go away unhealed do so from lack of faith? It is like when the disciples asked JESUS whose sin caused the man to be blind from birth, his sins or his parents? Even then JESUS had to deal with FALSE TEACHINGS. It is hard to reconcile that someone goes through life without sight because one day THE CARPENTER goes through town. Even harder that JESUS purposefully stayed away from Bethany so that LAZARUS would be dead and buried....so he could be raised so that the people could BELIEVE.
So if you look at the GIFT of discerning of spirits, what spirits was Paul alluding to? Sure we talk about DISCERNING THE VOICE OF THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT.... HEARING THE SHEPHERD'S VOICE.... but what "spirits" are out there that need to be discerned.
In the OLD TESTAMENT the term most seen is FAMILIAR spirits, but you will also find "a lying spirit" and "a spirit of jealousy". The New Testament gives us UNCLEAN, EVIL, WICKED. It also speaks of "seducing spirits" and a "spirit of divination". Now if you look there are numerous other "spirits" that are not HOLY....and that is the whole point.
Discerning is simply being able to JUDICIOUSLY DISCRIMINATE...to SEPERATE FROM...to WITHDRAW FROM....that which is not of GOD.
Sounds easy....but if all that you need to make something acceptable is to wrap it in religious jargon....you have the basis of major deception. Just because it "seems" spiritual does not mean it is of THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT. And when people tell you what you want to hear...it is so easy to agree.
For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away [their] ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
The problems we have before us are vast. Why listen to THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT if all GOD WANTS is brokenness and obedience. Is't it so much better if the professional prophets make us feel good about ourselves! Just imagine the Prophet Nathan going to King David and telling him how wonderful he is. Give him a word of confirmation that all is well in the KINGDOM. Give him a WORD of EXHORTATION! Tell him to start building a temple for GOD....
Only it did not happen that way.
David had sinned....and needed to repent. Imagine no Psalm 51.
So what spirits have we listened to.... whose side do we draw to?
It is wonderful that everyone wants to draw nigh unto GOD...but how do you do it if you are unsure when HE SPEAKS?

Dear WPA and to whomever will see this...
There are times things in THE NATURAL catch your attention, and as you look at it, everything sort of shifts. This happened to me last week...Wednesday Morning. The Second Day after...THE STORM called KATRINA. Later THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT reminded me of Hosea 6. We need to reach the second day so that HE may revive us.
That night i had a short vision of people sitting on the street. I could hear angry voices. As i watched more people joined the group. In my spirit i could sense a "wrongness", but it was just the survivors of the STORM. So as i got closer i could hear separate voices in the crowd saying..."Why hasn't GOD done anything yet?" "When is HE going to give me what I want?" and similar things....
This was not New Orleans. It was/is THE HARLOT CHURCH. GOD sent warnings of coming STORMS...impending judgments. They would not listen and refused to flee BABYLON. They expect GOD to deliver all that they were told were due them if they followed the teachings of men who only would tell them what they wanted to hear.
In 2 Chronicles chapter 7 the FIRST THING WE SEE...is THE HOLY FIRE FALLING. But 12 verses later we have a hard statement...If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people; .....
ALL THIS IS WHAT GOD SAYS HE WILL DO. First heaven is shut up...there is NO RAIN.... Second HE "commands" the locusts to "devour" the land. What we have is FAMINE...Amos 8...and instead of GOD rebuking the "devourer" HE commands it against HIS PEOPLE. And Third, GOD SENDS PESTELANCE....among HIS people.
Now comes verse 14....IF MY PEOPLE...
How bad must things get to make people HUMBLE THEMSELVES.....PRAY...SEEK HIS FACE....and to turn....
Yet i saw multitudes of people sitting and waiting for GOD to perform for them. To give them all that they want. For some reason the angry faces i was looking at did not want to hear such things as "SEEK YE FIRST THE KINGDOM OF GOD AND HIS RIGHTIOUSNESS". What they want to hear is "and all these things shall be added unto you..." without doing something first.
As i walked through the multitudes sitting and waiting, i felt their eyes staring through me. Only I felt no desire to speak to anyone. When i began to walk away i felt profound grief. GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD that HE GAVE HIS SON....but THE WORLD does not want the SON as HE IS....just as they want HIM to be.

One of the STRANGE things i noticed years ago is that when you look at Habakkuk 2, there is only one WATCHMAN. Likewise Isaiah speaks of DUMAH and a burden. In Verse 6 Isaiah is told by GOD to set a WATCHMAN....in verse 11 we see the classic "WATCHMAN, WHAT OF THE NIGHT". Between verses 6 and 14 we got all sorts of interesting things....but no one else seems to think so...so we should i go there.
But Isaiah's watchman stands watch alone, day and night...24/7...alone.
When GOD sent Ezekiel to AHAB he went alone....
when GOD sent Nathan to David he went alone....
Jeremiah was alone in the cistern and in the prison... same with Micaiah.
Yet when JESUS sent them out the went in twos... even Paul paired off with first Barnabus and then with Silas.
Wonder why?
Two [are] better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.
For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him [that is] alone when he falleth; for [he hath] not another to help him up. Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm [alone]?
And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
Even old Solomon, the so called wisest of men may have got it right there. Watchmen can STAND there watch alone, and do it right. But on the march, it is hard alone. And i have sure had my share of visions and dreams WALKING... MARCHING...SNEAKING...getting from one place to another for whatever reason the KING cooks up...
So Stephen, if we take off will the wild and wooly sheep actually follow...and i immediately thought of a verse...
Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but [this] one thing [I do], forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
You have to leave behind all that was before. All the "stuff" the managers of the slaughter pens indoctrinated their cash crop with. JESUS SAID...if you do not forsake EVERYTHING FOR ME...you know what HE SAID all you sheepses...
But Paul had not stopped speaking there...he kept going...
Phl 3:15 Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you.
Phl 3:16 Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing.
Phl 3:17 Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample.
Phl 3:18 (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, [that they are] the enemies of the cross of Christ:
Phl 3:19 Whose end [is] destruction, whose God [is their] belly, and [whose] glory [is] in their shame, who mind earthly things.)
REREAD VERSE 15....a couple of times...
Anyone pick up on THE PERFECT bit...and GOD will reveal what ya need sheepses ...because on the road there be "ENEMIES OF THE CROSS".....and their minds are set on earthly things.
So what has GOD revealed to you so far? someone said you are all "spirit filled"... yet most have no clue what discerning of spirits really does...so what spirit fills some of those coming to the LIGHT of THE WPA...
LIGHTS ATRACT BUGS...FLYING INSECTS.
I wrote this years ago and a few months later someone tells me Benny Hinn used it at a crusade. i wonder where Benny got it...staring at a Coleman lantern out camping as a kid? listening to THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT in the darkness left behind by HURRICANE ANDREW.
Who knows...who cares...
But Paul also warned us...
Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?

I spoke with Bob and he explains the latin … Quo Vadis Lord? This is the term. The urban legend goes that in the time of the persecution under Nero, Peter the Big Fisherman was leaving Rome and as he leaves he meets a man he once knew heading towards Rome and says “Quo Vadis Lord” or “Where are you going Lord?” Apparently, according to this legend, in this part of this story the “man” Peter meets is Jesus. Call it an Emmaus Road moment. Seeing as Pete is leaving town and the faithful there need comfort Jesus Himself will go and do the comforting. Personally I think that is a sad commentary.
For a long time the concept of a FIVE FOLD MINISTRY in a ONE FOLD ORGANIZATION has ruled over THE SAINTS.
WHY...it serves the purpose and needs of the NICOLAITINS. Simple if you look at it honestly. Yet to me the OFFICES and GIFTS seem to sort of flow together. Seeing they all originate from THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT maybe we should all see it that way. But choose for yourselves on this.
1 Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant.
2 Ye know that ye were Gentiles, carried away unto these dumb idols, even as ye were led.
3 Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.
4 Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. BOTTOM LINE...diversities of gifts...different ones doing different things...for the PERFECTING OF THE SAINTS. And the all come from THE SAME MOST HOLY SPIRIT.
5 And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. ONE LORD with different STEWARDS doing different jobs. Again all with one purpose, getting THE SAINTS into MINISTRY.
6 And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.
How BOB the DOG does things is not how Joe Cook or Stephen Bening will do them. If we all looked, sounded, and "tasted" the same it would certainly be vain repetitions. So toss aside all your preconceptions on how things should be...and get ready for the JOURNEY ONWARD.
7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.
Every MAN...PERSON...no special elite core of anything. No "VERY ELECT" ruling over those who are "just barely elect". So each of us personally will mature and bear good solid fruit through THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT in ourselves and our brothers and sisters.
8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;
9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;

Now this does not fit with Pentecostals and charismatics who will openly tell you.... "Sure...everyone has to speak "IN TONGUES"...and the only way you can know that you are saved is that you speak in "tongues" just like i do.
So just repeat after me..."yaba daba do..."

Sure Paul said he wished we all spoke in tongues, but would rather all would prophesy. He NEVER tied TONGUE TALKIN' with SALVATION...that is what "others" have taught for years...AND they do not have the same spirit...that is for sure.
11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will. Some have taught each "believer" got only one "gift", Paul says each man gets "several"...
12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.
13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
14 For the body is not one member, but many.
ONE BODY...many parts...ONE HEAD/LORD/KING/GOD.... then Paul finishes with...

Because Paul lists the offices in Ephesians 4 as essential to the BODY "coming together" and will be "equipped". Yet in 1 Corinthians 12 OFFICES and GIFTS sort of MERGE....

FOURTH WORKER OF MIRACLES...
FIFTH HEALERS...
SIXTH HELPERS/HOSPITALITY/WORKERS(?)...
SEVENTH GOVERNMENT....sometimes ADMINISTRATIONS...
EIGHTH DIVERSITY OF TONGUES...or maybe..LANGUAGES as in ACTS 2:4-16.
So call it EIGHT FOLD MINISTRY...and notice a missing office? No PASTORS...

If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall [your] heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?
Years ago i came upon this verse and wondered what kind of gifts should we be asking for? I had been to enough "prayer meetings" that basically were long"wish lists" for money, power, health and favor...and usually in that order. "Finances" was always a hot request. Once i heard a young associate pastor simply ask for "LOTS OF WEALTH". At the time i thought it was fairly funny. Later i realized it was sad to find out that "bigger boys and bigger toys" was just as real in the congregations as it is in the world. How can anyone preach a "prosperity gospel" that says the SAINTS should all be filthy rich, and anyone struggling from paycheck to paycheck is "lacking infaith"?
In the same train of thought how can someone who claims a "healing" ministry say all who go away unhealed do so from lack of faith? It is like when the disciples asked JESUS whose sin caused the man to be blind from birth, his sins or his parents? Even then JESUS had to deal with FALSE TEACHINGS. It is hard to reconcile that someone goes through life without sight because one day THE CARPENTER goes through town.
Even harder that JESUS purposefully stayed away from Bethany so that LAZARUS would be dead and buried....so he could be raised so that the people could BELIEVE. So if you look at the GIFT of discerning of spirits, what spirits was Paul alluding to? Sure we talk about DISCERNING THE VOICE OF THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT.... HEARING THE SHEPHERD'S VOICE.... but what "spirits" are out there that need to be discerned. In the OLD TESTAMENT the term most seen is FAMILIAR spirits, but you will also find "a lying spirit" and "a spirit of jealousy".
The New Testament gives usUNCLEAN, EVIL, WICKED. It also speaks of "seducing spirits" and a "spirit of divination". Now if you look there are numerous other "spirits" that are not HOLY....and that is the whole point. Discerning is simply being able to JUDICIOUSLY DISCRIMINATE...to SEPERATE FROM...to WITHDRAW FROM....that which is not of GOD. Sometimes it is hard to decide whether to laugh or to cry.
Mary Easterling just sent me a post because she got an email card where Kermit the Frog was singing THE RAINBOW CONNECTION.
For some reason she sent me two questions...
(1) what is the Body Of Christ hearing in their prophetic half awake state?
(2) and what cockamamie foolishness with the voices be telling them to do????????????? and i sent here what i thought was a humorous response....
“gee didn't you know Kermit is the ANTI-CHRIST.. Fonzi Bear is the FALSE PROPHET.. and Miss Piggy....”

As soon as did i had this intense sense of heaviness and i just went before the THRONE to ask where i misstepped or misspoke.
And suddenly i was sitting in this strange boat. In about two inches of water. All around me where all the Muppet characters, each one doing their own thing.And Kermit came up to me and asked..."What seems to be the problem?".
Now i had enough with the WIZARD OF OZ "shtick"....now it seems THE OMNIPOTENT LORD OF THE UNIVERSE had a different lesson for me.
So I replied...."do you know", i asked. "that you have 2 inches of water in this boat".
"Of course", Kermit replied, "It is probably because we are sinking."
I had to admit to myself his logic was proven by my information, and his candor was refreshing.
Then I asked, "Why don't you do something?".
"WHY?" he replied.I had to think about it.
Honest question.
So i gave what i thought was a calm logical response.
"because the boat is sinking"...."I know".....he replied.
so once again i asked..."Then why don't you do something about it."
Now Kermit looked me in the eyes calmly and said...
"Why should I?".
Aware of the absurdity of the situation where i am trying to get a point across to a talking puppet. I realized i was not communicating my concerns very well.
So i asked, "Doesn't the fact that the boat is sinking, taking on water bother you?", i asked.
"No" he replied.
So i had to ask..."WHY AREN'T YOU CONCERNED?".
Now Kermit made a loud sigh and put his flipper on my shoulder.
"It's in THE SCRIPT." At that point GONZO came over and handed me this huge pile of printed paper.
then Kermit stepped away from me and in a completely different and FAMILIAR VOICE recited with great delivery...
All the world's a stage,
And all the men and women merely players:
They have their exits and their entrances;
And one man in his time plays many parts,
His acts being seven ages.
At first the infant,
Mewling and puking in the nurse's arms.
And then the whining school-boy,

So i place this before the WPA to assess and evaluate as each individual discerns.

ELDERS, LEADERS OR SOMETHING ELSE?
I have been sitting here awhile now pondering what is wrong.
And it came to me a little weirdly. But then again, maybe what mankind considers as weird could be normal and usual in the KINGDOM OF HEAVEN. I guess the problem is with GOD....or at least that everyone has a very different perception of GOD. Now as i pondered all the convolutions that are occurring around us i realized where i had failed. Maybe failed is the wrong terminology. Yeah LORD...what i did was colloquially put...SCREWED UP.
I could say it was "not my fault!"...but it is. I had failed to remember a lesson once taught to me by ABBA.
Just because HE revealed something to me, did not mean that anyone else had been given it. Peter got RHEMA...the rest of the 12?...the 70...?
Why not? And Why did all but Paul and maybe James defer to Pete? Now if GOD would just uniform all HIS RHEMA so that we all got the SAME REVELATION at THE SAME TIME... everything would be PERFECT?
Then we will all know and do what is needed....irregardless of our human nature. Only it is not happening. Stephen uses the term 'leaders' and someone says they preferred 'elders'. So to someone even the semantics is primary.
Today, does THE FLOCK need a panel of advisers to discuss things, or a SHEPHERD to lead to green pastures and still waters? Maybe it is a guy thing. As kids we picked teams. How did we choose pecking order? Brute force? Intimidation? Anyone who tried that eventually stoodalone in the field. Sure...we all wanted to be quarterback...be pitcher...but eventually the kid who could throw with the most accuracy got the position.
Likewise we could figure out batting orders. Lead off and clean up were givens...only the bottom of the batting order had to be designated...you, you, then you. Why didn't they argue more? Maybe our games could go 15 innings...and scores could get to be 37-34 and this was baseball.... Then maybe we were more interested in having fun. Yeah, winning was everything...or was it?
What good are ELDERS or LEADERS if there is no real purpose to what we are doing? If the idea was to get enough people together to make a team so we all can play...things work. There i go again...thinking the WPA is something it is not.
So until we really know what the WPA is, and what it is for...is semantics important?

This is not going to be easy to tell....so bear with me.
I remember this rolling bunch of cloud or smoke in front of me and as it cleared it was like i was sitting in a concert hall.
On the stage were in raisedbanks stood the Muppets. Male Muppets in proper TUX and Female in long black evening gowns.
All were in the process of "warming up". Then i watched Kermit in Black Tie and TUX coat...sans pants...walk up to the podium, baton in hand. He taped the baton on the podium and all the MUPPETS went silent and stood perfectly straight and evenly spaced. Now Kermit turned to the audience and proclaimed "THE MUPPET GLEE CLUB"....and turned to the ensemble. And with a down swing of the baton all began to sing as loudly as they could. Only each was singing a different song.
I watched the baton suddenly stop and Kermit slowly turned and faced the audience and hisface scrunched all up. I remembered that clearly and watched as Kermit turned back to the ensemble and in a shrill scream yelled....""QUIET""... And suddenly all the Muppets who were singing and moving and into what they were doing stopped and looked at Kermit.
Kermit said "You are all supposed to be singing the SAME SONG". At which point all the Muppets turned and looked at each other and i could hear them mutter... "really...", "no one told me..."....and the like.... Once again Kermit tapped the baton and all was quiet. And Kermit asked, "What song do you want to sing." So far everything had gone just as the segment from the old THE MUPPET SHOW.
In the SHOW the Muppets quickly called for a song with a Miss Piggy solo.
But i could not hear what they said.
So when the music started i could hear the music, but when the Muppets began singing i heard no real words.
Now it was the same song...and i strained to remember just what that song was. A 1930's-40's TORCH song with a driving beat. And it was killing me that i could not remember.... And suddenly i was sitting up in bed.
My first thought was why can't i remember that song.... and i heard a voice besides me..."Maybe the song is not as important as the story".
And there was Kermit sitting in bed, calmly looking at me. "i'm still sleeping", i said.
"OF COURSE, Kermit replied. You know the difference between DREAMS and VISIONS." "But why LORD this MUPPETS thing?" "YOU NEED TO GET USED TO IT DOG. WHEN YOU FINALLY WAKE UP GO TO THE WPA BOARD. THE COUNTRY CLUB CHURCH LADY IS TRYING TO MAKE A POINT. SHE DOES NOT CONCIDER THE BELL CURVE. YOU ALWAYS MESSED THAT UP. SO NOW YOU HAVE TO STAIGHTEN THINGS OUT".
At which point i suddenly awakened on the downstairs sofa in front of a turned off TV.
I had fallen asleep praying about something that now i could not remember. Just like i could not remember the lousy song. Between the back spasms of sleeping for two hours slouched in an awkward position i had to go hunting on the WPA.
Two hours of sleep...i am still tired.and sore all over.... So as i began to skim through it dawned on me i really do not know who these people are....and although I remember that the original post about COUNTRY CLUB CHURCHES began something...i couldn't remember who sent it.
And that bugs me....my memory fades at awkward times.
Now i found Sister Peg's post and had to read it several times to figure out how BELL CURVE fitted in.
It is Message 14882 entitled "Speak and be blessed...". I know not everyone at WPA has the capacity to grasp some of the intellectual teaching content coming forth. And that is not a bad thing to admit. It is a fact that a lot of people, only read and understand on a 6th grade level. So what may be perceived as fear or intimidation as a lack of members posting, is probably not the case at all. Maybe some just need to be reminded that simple is ok too.
I remember how several students in a class were blamed for messing up "the curve". If you studied to get a good grade...a high score...you forced the curveupwards, dropping a lot of "B" scores to s "C". Sister Peg mentions the "average" amerikan basically has a average understanding and comprehension level of a 10-11 year old. I think that is what the government is telling the public.
BUT THE LORD...through the IMAGE OF KERMIT the FROG is saying "BELL CURVE"... The government also says that about 15-20% of all adults are "functionally illiterate". Which means outside of signing their name and counting change are non-functional...which means everyone who can read and write better than a 6th grader brings the others up to a sixth grade level. So we have PARITY...????
So now i sit here at the keyboard wondering about a whole lot of things.
So i read the post from Sister Peg again...and again...and i am still missing something.
So i send this out to the WPA and ask for help.
If i don't know what i have messed up, i can not "straighten things out".

Dear WPA,
In the fear that no matter what i say, how i say it, I will successfully offend many, frighten some, and bewilder whomever remains, i will post one more message. After that, who knows.
Since posting the MUPPET GLEE CLUB, where poor Miss Piggy only was supposed to do a short solo within the whole "body" of the song. I have had several close encounters.
One was with Fonzi Bear...wacka, wacka, wacka....on a piano bench. But another was with THE GREAT GONZO.
Now when my daughter was about 5 Jim Henson put together THE MUPPET SHOW. It was a 30 minute "reality" show of an embattered stage frog trying to put a show together. Maybe i enjoyed it more than Jenifer.... So that is the background.... Once again i was on a boat...different then the first. There was a mast, but no sail.
The boat was just drifting wherever tide and wind might take it. As istood there looking around, apparently all alone in the boat. Out of nowhere Gonzo comes up to me and asks "What's wrong?". For some reason i say "aren't wegoing somewhere?" At first Gonzo has a befuddled look and suddenly his face shines with sudden emotion.
He immediately turns and begins running down some steps.As i loose sight of his head i hear him yell "come on girls" and i suddenly start going going down the steps. I hear him clapping his hands/claws(?) and saying "come on girls"... On either side of the boat are ranks of oars. At each oar is a chicken.
And suddenly Gonzo points to the far end of the rows and shouts..."take it Animal".
At which i hear a familiar "HEH...HEH...HEH..." hard to share it and a loud BONK as the mallet falls and the boat lurches. The boat is moving. I watch GONZO go up and down the rows saying sweet encouragements to HIS CHICKENS.
Eventually he turns back to me and asks...."DO YOU WANT TO HEAR, CAMPTOWN RACES?"… AND it ended.
Now before anyone starts sending me posts about abusing Chickens....i debated several hours before attempting to share this.
First, while now that the boat is moving. I have no idea where it is going. Have no clue to who is at the rudder and who is plotting navigation.
Second, Gonzo never asked me where i wanted to go? I assume there is a plan and purpose to all this.
Finally THIRD...as for Camptown Races...when it ended i started dredging my memory about this song.
And all i got was: "Camptown races da da da, dodah, dodah....da da da dada da da all dodah day.
"Eventually i got a piece....about "betting"..."bet my money on the BOB-tail Nag… somebody bet on the bay".
I could go on GOOGLE and look for Stephen Foster....
but why should i.... all dodah day
