Being Sober

Dear Friends, I am hesitant to write even now because of personal self-doubt. since Monday there has been a stirring in my spirit as I watch and listen to TV, the Media, and especially the INTERNET. so please weigh my words and place them in the BALANCE. I am grieved by the "scornful" words and "mocking" demeanor towards any thing pertaining to "the bug"....or the Y2K computer issue. some of the "media" correspondents in their interviews went clearly beyond humorous to sarcastically condescending. mocking ridicule is not the norm and my spirit grieves at this as THE WORD flows through my inner man.....

Jude 17-19

17 But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;

18 How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.

19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit. (KJV)

 

When I went to Jude to read those verses I as usual I kept reading....

Jude 20-23

20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,

21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

22 And of some have compassion, making a difference:

23 And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. (KJV)

 

Funny how simple and clear THE WORD is....we strengthen our faith by our prayer in and Communion with HIS MOST HOLY SPIRIT which anchors us in HIS LOVE and HIS MERCY. only then can we find TRUE COMPASSION which allows us to move in intercession, supplication, evangelism, and Holiness. how else will we disperse the darkness and reflect HIS LIGHT to a dying world? how else can we counter the unholiness of our "self".

Y2K seems to have brought out the mockers and scorners in huge numbers. I wonder why? of all the sin, stupidity, and insanity thriving in the world today "why is this such a catalyst?" was the issue I could not lay at rest. the fact that everyone seemed to be shouting "peace and safety" did not help my unease. so I placed it all in prayer at the foot of THE THRONE. since then I have had a "stirring", not a WORD as might be anticipated. maybe my lack of faith precludes that for now. so I place these thoughts before all.

For a long time man has spoke of "A Bug". Man also set a date and declared the timetable and level of events. call it prognostication at it's worst. and like most of what man does it failed. some people did have "words" to prepare because of this event. these I do not question or challenge. I certainly have had my share of HOLY PROMPTINGS and DIVINE LEADINGS in the last 4-5 years where GOD directed and HIS WORK got done....to the amazement of myself and others.

So when thinking of Y2K and the "BUG" we can picture a roach, a fly, or an ant and simply say....YUP, IT'S A BUG. true for one edge of the sword. but last week I had a "bug", too. a nasty little virus prevalent now in south Florida. So when I "got" an image of bacilli and cocci as seen through a microscope I had to step back and ponder....selah.....

For years we have heard of "computer virus" and seen what some could do. I had to accept the idea that maybe I had not the correct image for what is now occurring. phrases I have used suddenly changed as I viewed things from my spirit man. terms like "epidemic" and "pandemic", "latency", "vectors", "contagion", "virulence", "contamination", and "incubation" suddenly took a different meaning. as I prayed and meditated I realized that there was an aspect of all this in the "natural realm" as seen in the computer problems yet to come, and a "spiritual disease" we are seeing "symptoms" of all over the world but have yet to put together because we have failed to see it as a specific "disease syndrome". knowing we all see things in part, with this posting I am trying to do whatever I can.

THE WORD says we are to BE SOBER...and VIGILANT. To be WATCHFUL and to JUDGE all things by HIS SPIRIT and HIS WORD for THE KING HAS SAID HE IS COMING and HE EVEN QUESTIONED US ON WHETHER HE WOULD FIND FAITH UPON HIS RETURN. personally I need all the FAITH, GRACE, and MERCY I can get hold of.

So let me share the thoughts of two old friends who speak of mockers....be blessed

Isaiah 28:21-29

21 For the LORD shall rise up as in mount Perazim, he shall be wroth as in the valley of Gibeon, that he may do his work, his strange work; and bring to pass his act, his strange act.

22 Now therefore be ye not mockers, lest your bands be made strong: for I have heard from the Lord GOD of hosts a consumption, even determined upon the whole earth.

23 Give ye ear, and hear my voice; hearken, and hear my speech.

24 Doth the plowman plow all day to sow? doth he open and break the clods of his ground?

25 When he hath made plain the face thereof, doth he not cast abroad the fitches, and scatter the cummin, and cast in the principal wheat and the appointed barley and the rie in their place?

26 For his God doth instruct him to discretion, and doth teach him.

27 For the fitches are not threshed with a threshing instrument, neither is a cart wheel turned about upon the cummin; but the fitches are beaten out with a staff, and the cummin with a rod.

28 Bread corn is bruised; because he will not ever be threshing it, nor break it with the wheel of his cart, nor bruise it with his horsemen.

29 This also cometh forth from the LORD of hosts, which is wonderful in counsel, and excellent in working. (KJV)

Jeremiah 15:15-21

15 O LORD, thou knowest: remember me, and visit me, and revenge me of my persecutors; take me not away in thy longsuffering: know that for thy sake I have suffered rebuke.

16 Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O LORD God of hosts.

17 I sat not in the assembly of the mockers, nor rejoiced; I sat alone because of thy hand: for thou hast filled me with indignation.

18 Why is my pain perpetual, and my wound incurable, which refuseth to be healed? wilt thou be altogether unto me as a liar, and as waters that fail?

19 Therefore thus saith the LORD, If thou return, then will I bring thee again, and thou shalt stand before me: and if thou take forth the precious from the vile, thou shalt be as my mouth: let them return unto thee; but return not thou unto them.

20 And I will make thee unto this people a fenced brasen wall: and they shall fight against thee, but they shall not prevail against thee: for I am with thee to save thee and to deliver thee, saith the LORD.

21 And I will deliver thee out of the hand of the wicked, and I will redeem thee out of the hand of the terrible. (KJV)

 

 

 

Bad Decisions

Sometimes GOD does things unexpected. I was rereading the STORY OF RUTH...which is part of the REMEMBRANCE of SHAVUOT....THE FEAST OF WEEKS. Modern Christians call it Pentecost.... and quote Peter quoting the Prophet Joel. It sort of short changes the image we could have.

But THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT had something else planned for me. In the last three verses of JUDGES we have a bizarre combination of images.....

23 And the children of Benjamin did so, and took them wives, according to their number, of them that danced, whom they caught: and they went and returned unto their inheritance, and repaired the cities, and dwelt in them.

24 And the children of Israel departed thence at that time, every man to his tribe and to his family, and they went out from thence every man to his inheritance.

25 In those days there was no king in Israel: every man did that which was right in his own eyes.

Theoretically we have a weird downhill spiral. The tribe of Benjamin has been decimated by war with Israel because of their sins and idolatry. They seemed to only be interested in women who danced....they caught them and carried them away. Might seem romantic today but in reality it was kidnapping and rape. But it was a way to rebuild the tribe and everyone “went along with it”....but then comes that last verse....

25 In those days there was no king in Israel: every man did that which was right in his own eyes.

Realistically the majority of the Book of Judges told us that they had been doing “what was right in their own eyes” for one long time. So when Ruth opens it is no real revelation when we hear....

1 Now it came to pass in the days when the judges ruled, that there was a famine in the land.

Regrettably we are seeing then what is now. Amos states it clearly. No new revelation unless we keep reading.

And a certain man of Bethlehemjudah went to sojourn in the country of Moab, he, and his wife, and his two sons.

2 And the name of the man was Elimelech, and the name of his wife Naomi, and the name of his two sons Mahlon and Chilion, Ephrathites of Bethlehemjudah. And they came into the country of Moab, and continued there.

3 And Elimelech Naomi’s husband died; and she was left, and her two sons.

4 And they took them wives of the women of Moab; the name of the one was Orpah, and the name of the other Ruth: and they dwelled there about ten years.

5 And Mahlon and Chilion died also both of them; and the woman was left of her two sons and her husband.

I had never heard anyone teach on the next two verses. But then again much what I hear from THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT is fresh plowing. But this is indeed a warning to any with ears to hear....

The story begins in Bethlehem of Judah where FAMINE is occurring in THE HOUSE OF BREAD. It is a clear picture of the APOSTATE CHURCH in our midst. Take Ephesus, Pergamos, Sardis, Thyatira, and Laodicea and roll them up together and you have today’s reality. A carnal, liberal, church preaching humanism and the doctrines of men and demons. They should be a place where THE BREAD OF LIFE IS FREELY GIVEN to all of ABBA’S CHILDREN. Just does not happen for so many who hunger and thirst.

Now the story begins with Elimelech and his wife Naomi. ELI MELECK means “GOD IS KING” and NAOMI means “PLEASANT”. So should it be in THE HOUSE OF BREAD, only it is not. They have two sons. MAHLON means sick/illness and CHILION means destruction/consumption. Imagine the FAMINE so intense that THE KING’S KIDS are DISEASE AND DESTRUCTION. It is no surprise they both die.

Now the STORY OF RUTH begins in tragedy and ends with a KINSMAN REDEEMER that “buys back” a piece of land. And a PAGAN WOMAN to be his BRIDE. We all know that story and it is a great prophetic promise we all share. But it does not negate a harsh reality that relates to the needs of today.

1 Man is in sin.....

2 Man runs away from where he would have been blessed if he repents and returns.....

3 DISEASE and DESTRUCTION come because a GOD WHO WANTS TO BLESS OBEDIENCE IS FORCED TO CURSE THE DISOBEDIENT.

Man has made BAD DECISIONS since THE GARDEN. Like in Judges we have a “professional clergy” that sold out cheaply. The story goes...

6 In those days there was no king in Israel, but every man did that which was right in his own eyes.

7 And there was a young man out of Bethlehemjudah of the family of Judah, who was a Levite, and he sojourned there.

8 And the man departed out of the city from Bethlehemjudah to sojourn where he could find a place: and he came to mount Ephraim to the house of Micah, as he journeyed.

9 And Micah said unto him, Whence comest thou? And he said unto him, I am a Levite of Bethlehemjudah, and I go to sojourn where I may find a place.

10 And Micah said unto him, Dwell with me, and be unto me a father and a priest, and I will give thee ten shekels of silver by the year, and a suit of apparel, and thy victuals. So the Levite went in.

11 And the Levite was content to dwell with the man; and the young man was unto him as one of his sons.

12 And Micah consecrated the Levite; and the young man became his priest, and was in the house of Micah.

13 Then said Micah, Now know I that the LORD will do me good, seeing I have a Levite to my priest.

So you can see Bethlehem of Judah had a problem in THE SPIRIT long before THE FAMINE was noticed in the NATURAL. Now here is a guy both Levite and Judean. But he wanted to “find a place”. He did with Micah and Micah’s IDOLS. But it says Micah “consecrated” the man. Micah figured GOD had to bless him. How he figured that out is a mystery, but many seem to be caught up in that mindset all over modern America.

Many expect GOD to bless them even when they are refusing to obey HIS WORD.

GOD says there are things HE HATES....and righteously curses. Yet man continues to sin and expects blessing. This could be called “iniquity”. But it could also be seen as rebellion. In the NATURAL it could be called “INSANITY”. To demand BLESSING when HIS WORD calls for repentance is exactly that, insanity.

But will THE PRODIGAL come to his senses and return to THE FATHER’S HOUSE? In my spirit I hear two “witnesses”. Both say it is too late and I grieve.

4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,

5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,

6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

1 Then said the LORD unto me, Though Moses and Samuel stood before me, yet my mind could not be toward this people: cast them out of my sight, and let them go forth.

2 And it shall come to pass, if they say unto thee, Whither shall we go forth? then thou shalt tell them, Thus saith the LORD; Such as are for death, to death; and such as are for the sword, to the sword; and such as are for the famine, to the famine; and such as are for the captivity, to the captivity.

FAMINE IS BAD....BUT THE SWORD CAN NOT BE AS EASILY IGNORED....AS FOR CAPTIVITY........SELAH.......

Famine and Sword

Sometimes the way THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT gets a point across can be painfully subtle. For years you read the same scripture passage over and over and nothing stands out, nothing grabs your attention. Then one day you read a part of a verse and out of “nowhere” some words suddenly come to life and an “image” is formed. To compound it a memory flow kicks in and similar verses come flowing in and you find yourself looking at an “ISSUE” THE WORD OF GOD had described long ago and established for all to see and to learn of/from. As the sudden “flow” of THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT picks you up and carries you wherever HE has chosen to take you I have found myself with two thoughts. First is why? The second is where? The first is simple....WHY had I never “seen” this before?.....and why had no one ever pointed it out to me. The simple answer is GOD does not do things as we do. HE uses men for HIS GLORY and is clearly jealous concerning HIS GLORY. No one “saw” it because it was not yet “time” or just maybe GOD KNEW if man received it and in obedience shared it, others would pick it up, and run with it. Rewrite it, Claim it for there own, Copyright it and Franchise it and Pocket it for themselves.

GOD does not like to be cheated or mocked. The fact that man believes he can “con” a HOLY GOD and “manipulate” GOD to serve the man shows us that there is little or no “FEAR OF THE LORD” among the professional “religious”/ “spiritual” that rule the churches today. I guess that is why for 4000 or so years THE WORD has warned us that “HE COME WITH A SWORD...”. The problem is that THE WORD usually goes into clearly defined detail with exactly what HE WILL DO WITH THAT SWORD. That fact takes me to the “second thought”....WHERE is HE taking me with this? What this old dog has learned is that the “journey” itself is as important as the “destination” intended.

So with a little explanation I have set a foundation for those whose “spiritual” “eyes” and “ears” are open to what THE SPIRIT OF THE LIVING AND HOLY GOD is saying to HIS CHURCHES today. One of the funny things is that we are not in a vacuum. We are being “fitted together”....”assembled”....as the author of HEBREWS wrote in 10:25....only GOD WHO IS SOVEREIGN is putting the pieces together. The present journey I am on has been given a push by the WORDS given to and through a number of saints. Bill Burns of Kremmling, CO and Harley Hickling of Virginia are two in particular. But it was John L Moore of the mountains that ABBA used to jump start me and send me on this present rollercoaster ride. Just don’t blame them for my white knuckles and queezyyyy feeling I am working through.

You see, ABBA has the desire to warn people. HE IS FAITHFUL. HE USES images, patterns, and sequences over and over in HIS WORD. HE IS THE SAME....AND HE IS ETERNAL....AND HE IS HOLY. So with the awareness that HIS WARNINGS ARE RARELY HEEDED I will do my best to state what I am hearing and seeing. And pray THE REMNANT will receive. FAMINE AND SWORD..... Throughout America our “religious leaders” and “professional seers” have been preaching and prophesying REVIVAL and PROSPERITY to a land once blessed and obedient to GOD....to a degree.

Like ancient Israel we were brought into “the land” for the right reasons....and for seasons were a GODLY NATION. FEARED GOD...prayed...sent THE GOSPEL out to the farthest corners of the world. But we were not perfect. We sinned and occasionally repented. But somewhere along the line the NATION got caught up with Babylonian “things” and lost sight of our GOD and our heritage. JESUS referred to HIS contemporary “religious institution” as “whited sepulchers”. Bryan Hupperts recently had a fine commentary about “whitewash”....find it and read it along with Matthew 23.

And while you read the RED LETTERS count the “WOES”.... JESUS speaks clearly....and HE ONLY SPOKE WHAT HE HEARD HIS FATHER SAY.....and it would make a whole lot of sense if we keep HIS WORDS in the context that they were given. If we keep everything in strict context there is no way we can miss the meaning that HE wants to get across.....so it seems ABBA is none too happy with mocking and rebellious children.

Isaiah 30 delineates that most clearly. Many have spoken of THE FAMINE IN THE LAND. Amos 8 describes the whole scenario intensely.

Amos 8:11-14

11 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD:

12 And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it.

13 In that day shall the fair virgins and young men faint for thirst.

14 They that swear by the sin of Samaria, and say, Thy god, O Dan, liveth; and, The manner of Beersheba liveth; even they shall fall, and never rise up again. (KJV)

There is no way anyone can miss the fact that GOD sends the famine. Nor can we miss the fact that it is a “spiritual famine”. Likewise we can not ignore what it does...people are running “to and fro” looking for “the word” and are not finding it. Now verse 14 is interesting...they swear “by the sin of Samaria”. GOD says it so it must mean something.

2 Kings 13 mentions the sins of the house of Jeroboam and the grove also in Samaria.....

6 Nevertheless they departed not from the sins of the house of Jeroboam, who made Israel sin, but walked therein: and there remained the grove also in Samaria.

Now Jesus dealt with the issue briefly when having a theological debate with the woman at the well. The issue is simple, GOD said worship ME in Jerusalem. The sin of Samaria was/is worshipping man’s way in man’s designated places, like the groves.

What we have are other gods...spiritual adultery. In Amos there is a penalty. “even they shall fall, and never rise up again.” is not an endorsement for “revival”. Nor is what GOD tells us in AMOS 9:1-7

1 I saw the Lord standing upon the altar: and he said, Smite the lintel of the door, that the posts may shake: and cut them in the head, all of them; and I will slay the last of them with the sword: he that fleeth of them shall not flee away, and he that escapeth of them shall not be delivered.

2 Though they dig into hell, thence shall mine hand take them; though they climb up to heaven, thence will I bring them down:

3 And though they hide themselves in the top of Carmel, I will search and take them out thence; and though they be hid from my sight in the bottom of the sea, thence will I command the serpent, and he shall bite them:

4 And though they go into captivity before their enemies, thence will I command the sword, and it shall slay them: and I will set mine eyes upon them for evil, and not for good.

5 And the Lord GOD of hosts is he that toucheth the land, and it shall melt, and all that dwell therein shall mourn: and it shall rise up wholly like a flood; and shall be drowned, as by the flood of Egypt.

6 It is he that buildeth his stories in the heaven, and hath founded his troop in the earth; he that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The LORD is his name.

7 Are ye not as children of the Ethiopians unto me, O children of Israel? saith the LORD. Have not I brought up Israel out of the land of Egypt? and the Philistines from Caphtor, and the Syrians from Kir? (KJV)

GOD says something very intense....” and HE said, “Smite the lintel of the door, that the posts may shake: and cut them in the head, all of them; and I will slay the last of them with the sword: he that fleeth of them shall not flee away, and he that escapeth of them shall not be delivered”.

So if KING JESUS is coming with A SWORD...and HE SAYS HE IS...there is no place to hide and no place to run if you are being targeted for destruction. Moving from the famine in Chapter 8 through THE SWORD at the beginning of Chapter 9 there is a set stage of events that end in one of the great PROPHECIES of all the scripture. THE RESTORATION OF THE TABERNACLE OF DAVID.........

Amos 9:11-12

11 In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old:

12 That they may possess the remnant of Edom, and of all the heathen, which are called by my name, saith the LORD that doeth this. (KJV)

 

On 3/12/2000 Bill Burns sent forth this WORD....

Prophetic Utterance through Bill Burns: March 26, 2000:

I am looking over all the land, for it is written that I will raise up the tabernacle of David, and I shall establish it in the hearts of those who desire to become mighty men. Not only am I speaking that forth through My word and by My word, for it has already been established in My word, but My eyes are running to and fro and I am looking for the priests who will go and bring back the ark of My covenant, and they shall carry it upon their shoulders. There shall be no ox carts for them, for they shall cast aside the ox carts of religion and tradition and shall lift upon their own shoulders the ark of My covenant and carry it forth into My house. There between the cherubim I shall reveal My glory to My people, to My anointed ones, My David’s that I am now calling forth from the whole earth. I am calling from the depth of My heart to the depth of your heart. Will you take up the ark? Will you be a priest in My house? Will you place it upon your shoulders and walk in covenant with Me? Surely if you walk in covenant with Me, you shall receive the benefits, and that which is hidden within it shall become yours.

The written word of My promise shall become yours. The revelation of the golden pot of manna shall become yours. The authority of the priesthood shall bud and flower and bring forth fruit, for this is My purpose in all of the earth. This is the work that I am now doing. I say unto you, march to the sound of that which you are hearing. Take up the ark of My covenant and go forth in strength and power, for I shall not fail you. My glory shall be revealed to you, says the Lord God.

 

THE LORD GOD IS LOOKING FOR PRIESTS WHO WILL SERVE HIM....not themselves.… For this wondrous event to take place first must come a famine which we are now in....and then HE COMES WITH A SWORD....

Amos 9:8-10

8 Behold, the eyes of the Lord GOD are upon the sinful kingdom, and I will destroy it from off the face of the earth; saving that I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob, saith the LORD.

9 For, lo, I will command, and I will sift the house of Israel among all nations, like as corn is sifted in a sieve, yet shall not the least grain fall upon the earth.

10 All the sinners of my people shall die by the sword, which say, The evil shall not overtake nor prevent us. (KJV)

Please reread verse 10 again...

10 All the sinners of my people shall die by the sword, which say, The evil shall not overtake nor prevent us.

THE DAY the unrepentant are slaughtered will be THE DAY THE TABERNACLE WILL BE “RAISED AGAIN”.

This does not describe the revivals man alludes to. But THE WORD does not say there will be one. THE WORD clearly states there will be deceptions, strong delusions, waxing wickedness, reprobate minds, major apostasy/falling away. No great move of repentance at all. Now if Amos and Isaiah 51 were the only places where the two IMAGES of FAMINE and SWORD appear in HIS WORD we might be able to ignore it.

An OMNISCIENT AND ETERNAL ABBA “knows” us....our stiff necked, less than eager ways and attitudes. Maybe that is why HE placed FAMINE and SWORD together in 40 verses. Amos is not one of them. Amos is the template for us to see GOD’S HANDIWORK in it’s fullness.

Interestingly 40 is the number of TRIAL....as in the WILDERNESS. It is the number of the DISPLEASURE of a HOLY GOD AND FATHER when national Israel fear giants more than appreciates the GOD WHO DWELT with them. It is also the number of battle....of fasting and prayer when THE LAMB was tempted and “WITHSTOOD” the enemy. 40 years....40 days....40 verses.........40 days and 40 nights of rain. 40 is the number of DIVINE AND HOLY JUDGMENT on wickedness.

SO let me start with the oldest “reference” and see if it fits the “sequence” AMOS THE PROPHET gave us.

Job 5:17-27

17 Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty:

18 For he maketh sore, and bindeth up: he woundeth, and his hands make whole.

19 He shall deliver thee in six troubles: yea, in seven there shall no evil touch thee.

20 In famine he shall redeem thee from death: and in war from the power of the sword.

21 Thou shalt be hid from the scourge of the tongue: neither shalt thou be afraid of destruction when it cometh.

22 At destruction and famine thou shalt laugh: neither shalt thou be afraid of the beasts of the earth.

23 For thou shalt be in league with the stones of the field: and the beasts of the field shall be at peace with thee.

24 And thou shalt know that thy tabernacle shall be in peace; and thou shalt visit thy habitation, and shalt not sin.

25 Thou shalt know also that thy seed shall be great, and thine offspring as the grass of the earth.

26 Thou shalt come to thy grave in a full age, like as a shock of corn cometh in in his season.

27 Lo this, we have searched it, so it is; hear it, and know thou it for thy good. (KJV)

Again we see a clear synopsis of THE GOSPEL....GOD uses TRIAL to awaken wicked man and bring man to “SALVATION”. Interestingly FAMINE and SWORD are joined by DESTRUCTION and “the beasts of the earth” so that our “tabernacle shall be in peace”. Jeremiah takes it a step farther when he states....

Jeremiah 5:10-17

10 Go ye up upon her walls, and destroy; but make not a full end: take away her battlements; for they are not the LORD’S.

11 For the house of Israel and the house of Judah have dealt very treacherously against me, saith the LORD.

12 They have belied the LORD, and said, It is not he; neither shall evil come upon us; neither shall we see sword nor famine:

13 And the prophets shall become wind, and the word is not in them: thus shall it be done unto them.

14 Wherefore thus saith the LORD God of hosts, Because ye speak this word, behold, I will make my words in thy mouth fire, and this people wood, and it shall devour them.

15 Lo, I will bring a nation upon you from far, O house of Israel, saith the LORD: it is a mighty nation, it is an ancient nation, a nation whose language thou knowest not, neither understandest what they say.

16 Their quiver is as an open sepulchre, they are all mighty men.

17 And they shall eat up thine harvest, and thy bread, which thy sons and thy daughters should eat: they shall eat up thy flocks and thine herds: they shall eat up thy vines and thy fig trees: they shall impoverish thy fenced cities, wherein thou trustedst, with the sword. (KJV)

Here “the prophets” are openly attempting to deceive the people by giving them “words” that deny what GOD is saying. Funny how JOB speaks of obedience and repentance... TESHUVAH... and we have “tabernacles of peace”. JEREMIAH speaks of hardened hearts refusing GOD’S TRIALS and we have “open sepulchres”. Later he will give us a clearer view of JOB’S FOUR PRONGED JUDGMENT...

Jeremiah 15:1-7

1 Then said the LORD unto me, Though Moses and Samuel stood before me, yet my mind could not be toward this people: cast them out of my sight, and let them go forth.

2 And it shall come to pass, if they say unto thee, Whither shall we go forth? then thou shalt tell them, Thus saith the LORD; Such as are for death, to death; and such as are for the sword, to the sword; and such as are for the famine, to the famine; and such as are for the captivity, to the captivity.

3 And I will appoint over them four kinds, saith the LORD: the sword to slay, and the dogs to tear, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the earth, to devour and destroy.

4 And I will cause them to be removed into all kingdoms of the earth, because of Manasseh the son of Hezekiah king of Judah, for that which he did in Jerusalem.

5 For who shall have pity upon thee, O Jerusalem? or who shall bemoan thee? or who shall go aside to ask how thou doest?

6 Thou hast forsaken me, saith the LORD, thou art gone backward: therefore will I stretch out my hand against thee, and destroy thee; I am weary with repenting.

7 And I will fan them with a fan in the gates of the land; I will bereave them of children, I will destroy my people, since they return not from their ways. (KJV)

Like in AMOS, there is nowhere to run....no place to hide for the rebellious and the wicked.

DEATH.... SWORD.... FAMINE.... CAPTIVITY.... all appointed for a “SET TIME”....JESUS HAS CLEARLY CALLED US TO PICK UP OUR CROSSES TO FOLLOW HIM. TO TAKE UP HIS YOKE AND TO LEARN OF HIM. HE BRINGS THE TWO EDGED SWORD OF HIS WORD TO CUT AND DIVIDE US SO WE MIGHT BE SEPERATED FROM A WICKED WORLD AND ABIDE IN HIS TABERNACLE OF PEACE. HE HAS COME TO THIS WORLD WITH HIS SWORD THAT COMES OUT OF HIS MOUTH....THE WORDS HE HAS HEARD ABBA SPEAK. TO BRING DEATH SO WE MAY LIVE AGAIN.

HE SENDS HIS DOGS TO TEAR AND REND THE FALSE FABRIC OF MAN’S ADULTEROUS PARODY OF HIS TABERNACLE.

Hosea 6:4-11

4 O Ephraim, what shall I do unto thee? O Judah, what shall I do unto thee? for your goodness is as a morning cloud, and as the early dew it goeth away.

5 Therefore have I hewed them by the prophets; I have slain them by the words of my mouth: and thy judgments are as the light that goeth forth.

6 For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.

7 But they like men have transgressed the covenant: there have they dealt treacherously against me.

8 Gilead is a city of them that work iniquity, and is polluted with blood.

9 And as troops of robbers wait for a man, so the company of priests murder in the way by consent: for they commit† lewdness.

10 I have seen an horrible thing in the house of Israel: there is the whoredom of Ephraim, Israel is defiled.

11 Also, O Judah, he hath set an harvest for thee, when I returned the captivity of my people. (KJV)

THE FALSE PRIESTS CANNOT CARRY THE ARC, THE FALSE PROPHETS DO NOT PROVOKE A CARNAL PEOPLE TO REPENTANCE. SO THE KING COMES TO JUDGE HIS SERVANTS BOTH GOOD AND FAITHFUL WITH THOSE WHO ARE WICKED AND DRUNKEN.

Amos 2:9-16

9 Yet destroyed I the Amorite before them, whose height was like the height of the cedars, and he was strong as the oaks; yet I destroyed his fruit from above, and his roots from beneath.

10 Also I brought you up from the land of Egypt, and led you forty years through the wilderness, to possess the land of the Amorite.

11 And I raised up of your sons for prophets, and of your young men for Nazarites. Is it not even thus, O ye children of Israel? saith the LORD.

12 But ye gave the Nazarites wine to drink; and commanded the prophets, saying, Prophesy not.

13 Behold, I am pressed under you, as a cart is pressed that is full of sheaves.

14 Therefore the flight shall perish from the swift, and the strong shall not strengthen his force, neither shall the mighty deliver himself:

15 Neither shall he stand that handleth the bow; and he that is swift of foot shall not deliver himself: neither shall he that rideth the horse deliver himself.

16 And he that is courageous among the mighty shall flee away naked in that day, saith the LORD. (KJV)

THERE IS NO PLACE TO HIDE....NO PLACE TO RUN....EXCEPT TO THE LORD WHILE HE MAY BE FOUND.

Amos 3:1-8

1 Hear this word that the LORD hath spoken against you, O children of Israel, against the whole family which I brought up from the land of Egypt, saying,

2 You only have I known of all the families of the earth: therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities.

3 Can two walk together, except they be agreed?

4 Will a lion roar in the forest, when he hath no prey? will a young lion cry out of his den, if he have taken nothing?

5 Can a bird fall in a snare upon the earth, where no gin is for him? shall one take up a snare from the earth, and have taken nothing at all?

6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?

7 Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

8 The lion hath roared, who will not fear? the Lord GOD hath spoken, who can but prophesy? (KJV)

THE LION ROARS....HE HAS THUNDERED.... YET THE PRIESTS AND PRINCES WILL NOT REPENT FROM THEIR ADULTERIES AND THEIR SORCERIES. THERE IS A POINT WHERE A MOST HOLY GOD SHALL NO LONGER CONTEND WITH MAN.

BUT THE FOOL SAYS IN HIS HEART THAT THERE IS NO GOD. THERE IS NO ONE TO FEAR. NO ONE TO STAND INTERROR OF SO THERE IS NO NEED TO REPENT.

THE HUMBLED AND CONTRITE WALK OUT THEIR SALVATION BEFORE A HOLY GOD IN FEAR AND TREMBLING. BEING STILL BEFORE HIM WHO COMES WITH A SWORD TO RIGHTEOUSLY MAKE WAR UPON HIS ENEMIES.

Micah 3:1-12

1 And I said, Hear, I pray you, O heads of Jacob, and ye princes of the house of Israel; Is it not for you to know judgment?

2 Who hate the good, and love the evil; who pluck off their skin from off them, and their flesh from off their bones;

3 Who also eat the flesh of my people, and flay their skin from off them; and they break their bones, and chop them in pieces, as for the pot, and as flesh within the caldron.

4 Then shall they cry unto the LORD, but he will not hear them: he will even hide his face from them at that time, as they have behaved themselves ill in their doings.

5 Thus saith the LORD concerning the prophets that make my people err, that bite with their teeth, and cry, Peace; and he that putteth not into their mouths, they even prepare war against him.

6 Therefore night shall be unto you, that ye shall not have a vision; and it shall be dark unto you, that ye shall not divine; and the sun shall go down over the prophets, and the day shall be dark over them.

7 Then shall the seers be ashamed, and the diviners confounded: yea, they shall all cover their lips; for there is no answer of God.

8 But truly I am full of power by the spirit of the LORD, and of judgment, and of might, to declare unto Jacob his transgression, and to Israel his sin.

9 Hear this, I pray you, ye heads of the house of Jacob, and princes of the house of Israel, that abhor judgment, and pervert all equity.

10 They build up Zion with blood, and Jerusalem with iniquity.

11 The heads thereof judge for reward, and the priests thereof teach for hire, and the prophets thereof divine for money: yet will they lean upon the LORD, and say, Is not the LORD among us? none evil can come upon us.

12 Therefore shall Zion for your sake be plowed as a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of the forest. (KJV)

THE GREAT AND TERRIBLE GOD HAS SPOKEN THROUGH HIS SERVANTS. JUDGMENT BEGINS IN THE HOUSEHOLD OF GOD AND MOVES THROUGHOUT HIS CITY TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH. THE WHEAT AND THE TARES ARE SEPARATED FOR THE FINAL HARVEST HAS BEGUN.

Zechariah 8:1-23

1 Again the word of the LORD of hosts came to me, saying,

2 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; I was jealous for Zion with great jealousy, and I was jealous for her with great fury.

3 Thus saith the LORD; I am returned unto Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and Jerusalem shall be called a city of truth; and the mountain of the LORD of hosts the holy mountain.

4 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; There shall yet old men and old women dwell in the streets of Jerusalem, and every man with his staff in his hand for very age.

5 And the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing in the streets thereof.

6 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; If it be marvelous in the eyes of the remnant of this people in these days, should it also be marvelous in mine eyes? saith the LORD of hosts.

7 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will save my people from the east country, and from the west country;

8 And I will bring them, and they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God, in truth and in righteousness.

9 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Let your hands be strong, ye that hear in these days these words by the mouth of the prophets, which were in the day that the foundation of the house of the LORD of hosts was laid, that the temple might be built.

10 For before these days there was no hire for man, nor any hire for beast; neither was there any peace to him that went out or came in because of the affliction: for I set all men every one against his neighbour.

11 But now I will not be unto the residue of this people as in the former days, saith the LORD of hosts.

12 For the seed shall be prosperous; the vine shall give her fruit, and the ground shall give her increase, and the heavens shall give their dew; and I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these things.

13 And it shall come to pass, that as ye were a curse among the heathen, O house of Judah, and house of Israel; so will I save you, and ye shall be a blessing: fear not, but let your hands be strong.

14 For thus saith the LORD of hosts; As I thought to punish you, when your fathers provoked me to wrath, saith the LORD of hosts, and I repented not:

15 So again have I thought in these days to do well unto Jerusalem and to the house of Judah: fear ye not.

16 These are the things that ye shall do; Speak ye every man the truth to his neighbour; execute the judgment of truth and peace in your gates:

17 And let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbour; and love no false oath: for all these are things that I hate, saith the LORD.

18 And the word of the LORD of hosts came unto me, saying,

19 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; The fast of the fourth month, and the fast of the fifth, and the fast of the seventh, and the fast of the tenth, shall be to the house of Judah joy and gladness, and cheerful feasts; therefore love the truth and peace.

20 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; It shall yet come to pass, that there shall come people, and the inhabitants of many cities:

21 And the inhabitants of one city shall go to another, saying, Let us go speedily to pray before the LORD, and to seek the LORD of hosts: I will go also.

22 Yea, many people and strong nations shall come to seek the LORD of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the LORD.

23 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you. (KJV)

THE TABERNACLE WILL BE RESTORED. A HOLY PRIESTHOOD SHALL BE ESTABLISHED THAT SERVES THE KING OF GLORY ON HIS MOUNTAIN AND IN HIS PAVILION. A ROYAL PRIESTHOOD ANOINTED AND SEPARATED AND COMMISSIONED IN THEIR SERVICE. ALL NATIONS WILL BOW BEFORE THE KING OF GLORY WHO SHALL ENTER THROUGH THE ANCIENT GATES. THE KING OF GLORY WHO IS MIGHTY IN BATTLE. WHO COMES IN RIGHTEOUSNESS WITH A SWORD TO JUDGE HIS SERVANTS AND TO MAKE WAR UPON THE NATIONS.

FAITHFUL AND TRUE IS THE KING OF GLORY.

WHO WILL FEAR HIS NAME? WHO WILL STAND BEFORE HIM?

In Due Season

To those with ears to hear.....

For the last 5-6 months we have been in “drought” conditions in South Florida and throughout much of the North American continent many have suffered from the lack of rain. What is interesting is the fact that those not facing problems of “lack” have been dealing with floods/flooding. Spiritually I have watched the “drought” and “famine” for many months. Most people who “trust” in man never noticed the “lack”. They turned on their faucets and water was there. No need for the “average citizen” to check the ‘reservoir or measure the “well”. Water is cheap and plentiful......only it is neither. This last two weeks I have kept hearing the phrase “IN DUE SEASON” in my spirit. And each time I hear THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT speak my spirit grabs whatever THE WIND blows. Over the years I have “stored up” for the time of famine that now covers this land, but was not really aware of the fact. For you see....man lives, according to KING JESUS...

4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.

The first witness was Matthew...the second Luke....for those who need more....

Deuteronomy 8:1-4

1 All the commandments which I command thee this day shall ye observe to do, that ye may live, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers.

2 And thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no.

3 And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live.

4 Thy raiment waxed not old upon thee, neither did thy foot swell, these forty years. (KJV)

The question is whether obedience to HIS COMMANDMENTS is ever noticed when we “talk” about “THE WORD” or “THE BREAD”? Amos said clearly “the famine” in the land would be of “hearing” THE VOICE OF GOD. Theoretically if you do not “hear” HIS VOICE than you have NO WORD(S) to “feed” on. In the realm of THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT this is taking the generality of famine and taking it to the personal level of “spiritual malnutrition”. When the natural body is “starved” it’s “resistance” is down.

Susceptibility to “opportunistic” infection and disease increases exponentially. We see it all over the “church”, but no one can “diagnose” it because it is politically incorrect to say anything about “THE CHURCH” that is not comforting, edifying, or just plain “cute” to the ears of the spiritually “deaf”.

Paul in Romans brings up this issue....if anyone would notice....by discussing “hearing” as well as “preaching/speaking” and the twin issues of believing and faith...

14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?

15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?

17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

18 But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world. Faith comes from “hearing” THE WORD OF GOD....but who is hearing GOD during the famine?

Funny that Paul in Romans is quoting from Isaias 53 and 54....why....BECAUSE NOT ALL OBEYED THE GOSPEL....so “hearing” requires “obedience” to become faith.

Without obedience there is nothing but “lip service” which a MOST HOLY GOD really hates....check HIS WORD.

Funny thing “FAITH”....HIS WORD places it with “obedience” and “condemning the world”....IT IS WRITTEN...

Hebrews 11:1-10

1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

2 For by it the elders obtained a good report.

3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

4 By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.

5 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.

6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

7 By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

8 By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.

9 By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise:

10 For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God. (KJV)

Above are 10 well quoted verses....and a lot of WORD....STRONG MEAT FOR THE HUNGRY....faith and obedience are the requirements to “please GOD”....very simple.... not at all complicated. But to begin you need to HEAR HIS WORD TO YOU.... no way around it. The question that begs to be asked of “the church” is whether you really believe that sitting in your “pews”/ “seats” you have found “THE CITY WHICH HATH FOUNDATIONS, WHOSE BUILDER AND MAKER IS GOD”? Have you “earned” HIS REWARD HE PROMISED to those who “diligently” seek HIM? Then you must see yourself as ‘a good and faithful servant’ and feel relaxed about everything?

Funny how “IN DUE SEASON” pops up in the strangest places....LIKE MATTHEW 24...

44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?

46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.

47 Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.

48 But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;

49 And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;

50 The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,

51 And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Funny how those “WORDS” jump out at me and sear my spiritman each time I read it. To give them “meat in due season” is the job of the “wise and good” type of servants. Likewise being “smited” is the reality when encountering “evil servants” who sit with drunkards. David wrote about sitting...anyone remember?

1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

Ugly word “scorn”, it appears 3 times in the New Testament....

Luke 8:49-56

49 While he yet spake, there cometh one from the ruler of the synagogue’s house, saying to him, Thy daughter is dead; trouble not the Master.

50 But when Jesus heard it, he answered him, saying, Fear not: believe only, and she shall be made whole.

51 And when he came into the house, he suffered no man to go in, save Peter, and James, and John, and the father and the mother of the maiden.

52 And all wept, and bewailed her: but he said, Weep not; she is not dead, but sleepeth.

53 And they laughed him to scorn, knowing that she was dead.

54 And he put them all out, and took her by the hand, and called, saying, Maid, arise.

55 And her spirit came again, and she arose straightway: and he commanded to give her meat.

56 And her parents were astonished: but he charged them that they should tell no man what was done. (KJV)

Mark 5:40

40 And they laughed him to scorn. But when he had put them all out, he taketh the father and the mother of the damsel, and them that were with him, and entereth in where the damsel was lying. (KJV)

Matthew 9:24

24 He said unto them, Give place: for the maid is not dead, but sleepeth. And they laughed him to scorn. (KJV)

All three gospel accounts of the raising of the girl from the dead point out that JESUS was “LAUGHED” at to “scorn” HIM. He was mocked as a liar and a fool. Everyone knew the little girl was dead. Everyone knew nothing could be done. UNTIL HE SPOKE AND SHE HEARD AND OBEYED....even when dead..........

Even “dead” we can hear HIS VOICE and “obey” THE WORDS HE SPEAKS. THE WORDS OF LIFE....

How could anyone “mock” the KING OF GLORY?....easy, they never “heard” HIS WORDS. Jude warned us and gave sound advice...

17 But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;

18 How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.

19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.

So what spirit might they have? Paul tells us...

1 Timothy 4:1-4

1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;

3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.

4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving: (KJV)

Months ago I was “rebuked” by THE LORD because I had offended “many”. I was “chastened” because I had to “learn” some hard truths. It is not good to hold offense. It produces no fruit worthy of a HOLY GOD. When JESUS told Simon Peter to “FEED MY LAMBS....FEED MY SHEEP” it was to care and protect the weakest. That is the job of those called to serve. But those who “serve” must be fed...or they will start eating the sheep. That is why “good and wise servants” give meat to their fellow servants. The problem is few are servants.... few were meant to be. Because few “hear” clearly...

11 Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing.

12 For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.

13 For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.

14 But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

“Strong meat” is not for lambs....certainly not for infants and children.

Yet “in due season” meat portions are to be given to those who hunger for more than “the milk of the WORD”. Everything comes “in due season”...famine and sword....meat and rain. Both situations have been set forth IN THE WORD. Can’t have one without the other.

2 Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.

3 For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.

4 But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.

5 For every man shall bear his own burden.

6 Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.

7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

The Song In The Night

It is 3:33 in the morning and this night is filled with images both sublime and complex. Yet in the midst of this darkness I hear a SONG. I guess I have been hearing it since I was pulled out of the pit so long ago. I have heard it in my sorrow and my shame. I have heard it in my fear and my pain. There have been times I have tried to sing it in the heat of battle and in the joy of HIS PRESENCE. If there is one thing that I have yearned years for is to one day sing HIS SONG in HIS Pavilion as King David sang about. Usually it is always in the back of my mind always there but not imposing. Since the beginning of this year that changed. Now I am almost fixated on HIS SONG and HIS VOICE and I don’t really understand why. Everywhere in HIS WORD it is there, yet it is seldom explained. The only thing I know for sure is that one day I shall sing it with those who overcame....

Revelation 15:1-4

1 And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.

2 And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.

3 And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.

4 Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest. (KJV)

Maybe that is a bold claim on my part, to think I might be found worthy to be among THE OVERCOMING SAINTS, but HIS WORD CLEARLY STATES

16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. Hebrews 4:16 (KJV).

Funny thing being bold enough to ask a HOLY GOD for GRACE is what THE MESSIAH’S total message was about. To be forgiven and redeemed not because of anything we could ever do, because THE LAMB IS WORTHY.

Revelation 5:1-4

1 And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.

2 And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?

3 And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.

4 And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon. (KJV)

No man is worthy, could ever be worthy. But there is ONE who is...

Revelation 5:5-14

5 And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.

6 And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.

7 And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.

8 And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.

9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

11 And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;

12 Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.

13 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.

14 And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever. (KJV)

I would like to be there to be part of this, too. But I might be here “on Duty” for this one. You see no Saints are mentioned..... except for John. ELDERS, SERAPHIM/CHERUBIM and one large group of Angels. Now “the prayers of the saints” is mentioned but no further details are given. Even here all involved are singing a “new song”. I wonder if old dogs might get slipped in if we promise not to misbehave?

The SONG OF THE LAMB is something we have yet to hear. The SONG about HE WHO IS WORTHY. The ONE called the LAMB OF GOD. His cousin John called HIM THE LAMB. But even John was aware that HE was so much more....

John 1:29-36...

29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

30 This is he of whom I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me.

31 And I knew him not: but that he should be made manifest to Israel, therefore am I come baptizing with water.

32 And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him.

33 And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost.

34 And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God.

35 Again the next day after John stood, and two of his disciples; 36 And looking upon Jesus as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of God! (KJV)

John had no doubt because he heard THE VOICE of GOD and declared it for all to hear. THE PRECIOUS LAMB OF GOD.

Yet scripture also speaks of those far less happy to gaze upon HIM....

Revelation 6:9-17

9 And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:

10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?

11 And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.

12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;

13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

14 And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;

16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand? (KJV)

The answer of course is none. Amazing how easily we get the “warm fuzzies” all over when we picture THE LAMB. We all do and I have begun to wonder why we fail to see HIM in FULLNESS. Actually I begun to wonder about three years ago and it has made me very uncomfortable at times when people push their shallow and limited “personal JESUS” around. Then HE has to remind me they never walked through TOPHET with HIM. Seeing HE IS ALWAYS RIGHT I have learned to tread gently through the sheepcotes and day care centers that are our churches. So I trust and keep going because there is a point just in sight and since the THIRD THUNDER I have looked forward to with eagerness.†

Isaiah 30:29-33

29 Ye shall have a song, as in the night when a holy solemnity is kept; and gladness of heart, as when one goeth with a pipe to come into the mountain of the LORD, to the mighty One of Israel.

30 And the LORD shall cause his glorious voice to be heard, and shall shew the lighting down of his arm, with the indignation of his anger, and with the flame of a devouring fire, with scattering, and tempest, and hailstones.

31 For through the voice of the LORD shall the Assyrian be beaten down, which smote with a rod.

32 And in every place where the grounded staff shall pass, which the LORD shall lay upon him, it shall be with tabrets and harps: and in battles of shaking will he fight with it.

33 For Tophet is ordained of old; yea, for the king it is prepared; he hath made it deep and large: the pile thereof is fire and much wood; the breath of the LORD, like a stream of brimstone, doth kindle it. (KJV)

Now that is one celebration I do not want to miss. Yet even here THE SONG and HIS GLORIOUS VOICE precede all the other “stuff” so maybe now you might understand why this is all so important. There is a set and specific sequence of events established by HIS WORD.....if we have been diligently seeking HIM. Yet unless we are like John at the Jordan in direct obedience to HIS INSTRUCTIONS we will not here HIS VOICE to be looking for HIM. We will not here HIS VOICE and we will never notice HIS SONG.

So often I have tried to describe THE VOICE of MY SHEPHERD. To differentiate THE VOICE of THE GLORIOUS KING from that sweet gentle VOICE OF THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT. To explain the difference between MY ABBA’S TONES and the COMMANDS of MY CAPTAIN. Maybe I have listened so much with my spirit man that my “ears” gave up trying to label and catalog long ago. But I ponder HIS VOICE all the time and as I gaze now into the “outer darkness” and THE DAY OF HIS WRATH.... I wonder why I am scratching at this so hard. HE isn’t cutting me any slack which means there is a reason for my sitting here, now at 4:44 in the predawn morning of Ground Hog’s Day.

Now I know HIS HUMOR and that is part of it. I could throw this scripture out but it seems to echo right now.....

Psalm 42:8-11

8 Yet the LORD will command his lovingkindness in the daytime, and in the night his song shall be with me, and my prayer unto the God of my life.

9 I will say unto God my rock, Why hast thou forgotten me? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?

10 As with a sword in my bones, mine enemies reproach me; while they say daily unto me, Where is thy God?

11 Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God. (KJV)

Man, that is what I have been going through these last few months....I wondered if I would ever hear HIS VOICE again. Foolish of me to doubt or fear....

Psalm 77:5-15

5 I have considered the days of old, the years of ancient times.

6 I call to remembrance my song in the night: I commune with mine own heart: and my spirit made diligent search.

7 Will the Lord cast off for ever? and will he be favourable no more?

8 Is his mercy clean gone for ever? doth his promise fail for evermore?

9 Hath God forgotten to be gracious? hath he in anger shut up his tender mercies? Selah.

10 And I said, This is my infirmity: but I will remember the years of the right hand of the most High.

11 I will remember the works of the LORD: surely I will remember thy wonders of old.

12 I will meditate also of all thy work, and talk of thy doings.

13 Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: who is so great a God as our God?

14 Thou art the God that doest wonders: thou hast declared thy strength among the people.

15 Thou hast with thine arm redeemed thy people, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah. (KJV)

All the answers were there all along...I just had to hold on to THE TRUTH. It worked. What did not kill me only makes me stronger and extends this attitude I seem to have found. selah squared.

So I started to study once again to learn what was needed for the here and now. Times and Seasons do change, but HIS PURPOSE like HIM, have never changed. We just learn more of it as we survive and press onward. When we overcome.

So I was looking for HIS SONG and HIS DAY OF WRATH.....but I found something else...amazing....

Zephaniah 1:14-18

14 The great day of the LORD is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly, even the voice of the day of the LORD: the mighty man shall cry there bitterly.

15 That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness,

16 A day of the trumpet and alarm against the fenced cities, and against the high towers.

17 And I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned against the LORD: and their blood shall be poured out as dust, and their flesh as the dung.

18 Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of the LORD’S wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in the land. (KJV)

And there it was, so to speak, all in a nutshell. It blew me away that THE DAY OF THE LORD had it’s own VOICE. WILD ain’t it! in fact these verses have clouds... darkness... trumpet... alarm.... thick darkness.... mighty men crying. Also liked HIS response to the PROSPERITY GOSPEL.....

Yet “SONG” was not mentioned. So I wondered how to deal with that when I heard that sweet gentle voice say “LOOK AT HIM”. So I did....

Revelation 1:10-20

10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,

11 Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.

12 And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks;

13 And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.

14 His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;

15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.

16 And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.

17 And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:

18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

19 Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter;

20 The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches. (KJV)

Daniel 10:5-9

5 Then I lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a certain man clothed in linen, whose loins were girded with fine gold of Uphaz:

6 His body also was like the beryl, and his face as the appearance of lightning, and his eyes as lamps of fire, and his arms and his feet like in colour to polished brass, and the voice of his words like the voice of a multitude.

7 And I Daniel alone saw the vision: for the men that were with me saw not the vision; but a great quaking fell upon them, so that they fled to hide themselves.

8 Therefore I was left alone, and saw this great vision, and there remained no strength in me: for my comeliness was turned in me into corruption, and I retained no strength.

9 Yet heard I the voice of his words: and when I heard the voice of his words, then was I in a deep sleep on my face, and my face toward the ground. (KJV)

Talk about being slain in the SPIRIT....Daniel called HIS VOICE “like the voice of a multitude”. But poor Daniel had never heard HIM before. John had. I like what John said...”I turned to see THE VOICE”....that was like a trumpet....”and his voice as the sound of many waters”. That was the description of one who walked with HIM through Judea, stood under the cross, and watched HIM ascend to THE FATHER. So I had a handle to THE VOICE of THE DAY OF THE LORD....and THE SONG OF THE LAMB.

But had no real idea what it meant. Then once again I heard.....”COME UNTO ME ALL YOU WHO THIRST”

John 7:37-38

37 In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.

38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. (KJV)

Isaiah 55:1

1 Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. (KJV)

Now if you follow Isaiah 55 down a few verses there is an interesting line....or two....or....

Isaiah 55:3

3 Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David. (KJV)

Isaiah 55:6 6

Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: (KJV)

Isaiah 55:8-13

8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.

9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:

11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

12 For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.

13 Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the LORD for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off. (KJV)

And I am back into THE SONG....yah have to LOVE HIM it all comes back onto itself. So if I am back tracking steps already made it would make sense to hit all the bases....

John 4:6-26

6 Now Jacob’s well was there. Jesus therefore, being wearied with his journey, sat thus on the well: and it was about the sixth hour.

7 There cometh a woman of Samaria to draw water: Jesus saith unto her, Give me to drink.

8 (For his disciples were gone away unto the city to buy meat.)

9 Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans.

10 Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.

11 The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water?

12 Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle?

13 Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again:

14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

15 The woman saith unto him, Sir, give me this water, that I thirst not, neither come hither to draw.

16 Jesus saith unto her, Go, call thy husband, and come hither.

17 The woman answered and said, I have no husband. Jesus said unto her, Thou hast well said, I have no husband:

18 For thou hast had five husbands; and he whom thou now hast is not thy husband: in that saidst thou truly.

19 The woman saith unto him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet.

20 Our fathers worshipped in this mountain; and ye say, that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship.

21 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father.

22 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.

23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.

24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

25 The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things.

26 Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he. (KJV)

Yes HE IS THE LIVING WATER....and if we drink of HIM LIVING WATER will flow from us, too. Now if we are all joined IN HIM wouldn’t it sound like a “multitude” and “many waters”? Now remember exactly how HE ENDS HIS REVELATION to the “woman at the well”....

23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.

24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

25 The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things.

26 Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he. (KJV)

The hour now is where we must worship THE FATHER IN SPIRIT and IN TRUTH. There is no alternative in this. It is very explicit. Especially when HE declares ,”I that speak unto thee am he”. No way around it at all.

So to put it bluntly....we are in a mess. See any great move out there to get anyone on the same page of the same songbook?

I don’t. Then again I do not expect it either. Because like all things only THE LAMB can do it. Now so many are preaching UNITY and it seems “cool”, “spiritual”, but it ain’t working. Anyone remember Gamaliel? In ACTS?

Acts 5:34-40

34 Then stood there up one in the council, a Pharisee, named Gamaliel, a doctor of the law, had in reputation among all the people, and commanded to put the apostles forth a little space;

35 And said unto them, Ye men of Israel, take heed to yourselves what ye intend to do as touching these men.

36 For before these days rose up Theudas, boasting himself to be somebody; to whom a number of men, about four hundred, joined themselves: who was slain; and all, as many as obeyed him, were scattered, and brought to nought.

37 After this man rose up Judas of Galilee in the days of the taxing, and drew away much people after him: he also perished; and all, even as many as obeyed him, were dispersed.

38 And now I say unto you, Refrain from these men, and let them alone: for if this counsel or this work be of men, it will come to nought:

39 But if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it; lest haply ye be found even to fight against God.

40 And to him they agreed: and when they had called the apostles, and beaten them, they commanded that they should not speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go. (KJV)

Sound advice...but the apostles still got their lumps. If it is of GOD nothing can stop it. If it is not of GOD it will come to naught. So we blame the devil and every demon in miles when our “stuff” fails. Maybe we should reassess this idea of UNITY? Paul in Ephesians speaks of unity twice....

Ephesians 4:3-13

3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;

5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

7 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.

9 (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?

10 He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)

11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: (KJV)

Paul speaks of the “unity of THE SPIRIT” and the “unity of the faith” but adds “knowledge of THE SON OF GOD”. Then he goes onto the idea of “perfecting”. And this is where we fit it all together...

Ephesians 4:14-16

14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:

16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love. (KJV)

Fitting together as HIS BODY on this earth....and if it happens THE BODY has a VOICE. That is what I have been holding on to, yet can not put together. Simply because nothing is being fit together thanks to man and the thing called “church”. Unity just is not working. Unless we missed somewhere along the line?

AND WE DID.... BIG TIME...... let’s go to first mention.....

Psalm 133:1-3

1 A Song of degrees of David. Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!

2 It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron’s beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments;

3 As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore. (KJV)

This is the first time UNITY appears according to old Dr Strong....look it up....it is the HEBREW WORD “ECHAD”...

But ECHAD appears earlier....SHMA ISRAEL ADONAI ELIHENU ADONAI ECHAD.... HEAR OH ISRAEL, THE LORD YOUR GOD, THE LORD IS ONE......

ECHAD means ONE. AS ONE. NOT FITTED TOGETHER....BUT FLOWING TOGETHER as many streams into one GREAT and MIGHT RIVER....

AS MANY VOICES IN HARMONY SINGING ONE SONG....HIS SONG....THE SONG OF THE LAMB THAT TREADS THE WINEPRESS OF THE WRATH OF ALMIGHTY GOD.

Now Psalm 133 is a Song of degrees....the first of three complementary, sequenced WORSHIP SONGS....

Psalm 134:1-3

1 A Song of degrees. Behold, bless ye the LORD, all ye servants of the LORD, which by night stand in the house of the LORD.

2 Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the LORD.

Sound like we were there in Zephaniah sort of......... and THE GREAT AND DREADFULL DAY OF THE LORD.... THE DAY OF HIS FIERCE ANGER..... Looks Like Joel Time.... and Nahum....

Nahum 1:2-8

2 God is jealous, and the LORD revengeth; the LORD revengeth, and is furious; the LORD will take vengeance on his adversaries, and he reserveth wrath for his enemies.

3 The LORD is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked: the LORD hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.

4 He rebuketh the sea, and maketh it dry, and drieth up all the rivers: Bashan languisheth, and Carmel, and the flower of Lebanon languisheth.

5 The mountains quake at him, and the hills melt, and the earth is burned at his presence, yea, the world, and all that dwell therein.

An overrunning flood making an “utter end” does sound like HIS VOICE and the TWO EDGED SWORD out of HIS MOUTH....

Sounds like someone I can SING with, and even Laugh with...... HOLY, HOLY, HOLY IS THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY WHO WAS, WHO IS, WHO SHALL ALWAYS BE.... SPRING UP O WELL, SING YE.........

A Land Of Unwalled Villages

Last night was a quiet night in the ICU. But everyone was watching the TV and the continuing commentary about what occurred on Tuesday. Since the event I have asked myself many questions and prayed. as I watched the airliner repeatedly flying into the TOWER I kept thinking there is no air defenses around any US city. Suddenly a phrase came to me...."UNWALLED VILLAGES"....and another "THOSE WHO DWELL CARELESSLY IN THE ISLES". Neither phrase is unfamiliar. But I never placed this "eschatology" to the here and now. I guess something has changed.

10 Thus saith the Lord GOD; It shall also come to pass, that at the same time shall things come into thy mind, and thou shalt think an evil thought:

11 And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates,

12 To take a spoil, and to take a prey; to turn thine hand upon the desolate places that are now inhabited, and upon the people that are gathered out of the nations, which have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the midst of the land.

13 Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all the young lions thereof, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take a spoil? hast thou gathered thy company to take a prey? to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to take a great spoil?

We were just attacked by GOG. A demonic entity that controls an area North and East of Jerusalem. Is this the prelude to the GREAT and TERRIBLE war that precedes THE DAY OF THE LORD? I do not know....but it is coming.

Strange that both images THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT took me to were coming from GOD to GOG....

6 And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles: and they shall know that I am the LORD.

For a long time I have asked what it would take to break the nation of my birth out of it's complacency and compromise. For a long time ABBA has kept reminding me that so many are out preaching against sin and using Christian mantras when it seems useful and profitable. "if MY PEOPLE"....only read the WORD they would not listen any longer to men when ABBA so dearly desires that all listen to HIS VOICE.

In 2 Chronicles we are told....

12 And the LORD appeared to Solomon by night, and said unto him, I have heard thy prayer, and have chosen this place to myself for an house of sacrifice.

13 If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people;

14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

15 Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place.

Nothing that happens is not known by ABBA. In fact HE DECLARES that HE SHUTS UP HEAVEN...HE COMMANDS THE LOCUSTS....HE SENDS THE PESTILENCE. The issue is whether this is another "shaking" to arouse the sleeping saints to awaken. Many will claim this. Or is this the beginning of judgment long spoken of. Many will assert that this is the case. THE GREAT AND HOLY GOD dearly wanted Solomon to repent and to walk in HIS PRECEPTS. Even after Solomon died HE sent HIS PROPHETS over and over to call HIS PEOPLE away from their IDOLS, PERVERSIONS , and INIQUITIES. But they killed HIS PROPHETS. AND HIS WARNINGS OF JUDGMENT WERE IGNORED. But ABBA knew it would happen as it did. Look at how ABBA finishes HIS WORDS TO SOLOMON....

16 For now have I chosen and sanctified this house, that my name may be there for ever: and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually.

17 And as for thee, if thou wilt walk before me, as David thy father walked, and do according to all that I have commanded thee, and shalt observe my statutes and my judgments;

18 Then will I stablish the throne of thy kingdom, according as I have covenanted with David thy father, saying, There shall not fail thee a man to be ruler in Israel.

19 But if ye turn away, and forsake my statutes and my commandments, which I have set before you, and shall go and serve other gods, and worship them;

20 Then will I pluck them up by the roots out of my land which I have given them; and this house, which I have sanctified for my name, will I cast out of my sight, and will make it to be a proverb and a byword among all nations.

21 And this house, which is high, shall be an astonishment to every one that passeth by it; so that he shall say, Why hath the LORD done thus unto this land, and unto this house?

22 And it shall be answered, Because they forsook the LORD God of their fathers, which brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, and laid hold on other gods, and worshipped them, and served them: therefore hath he brought all this evil upon them.

I asked "WHY" did this happen. Here is an answer. IN HIS WORDS.

It is not the answer I wanted to hear.

Two great towers built by man, fell in a few short hours. Do we trust in what man builds? I only know one fact about towers...

10 The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.

and who is THE LORD....

7 The LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.

that is the bottom line....or as David sang....

Psalm 118

1 O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: because his mercy endureth for ever.

2 Let Israel now say, that his mercy endureth for ever.

3 Let the house of Aaron now say, that his mercy endureth for ever.

4 Let them now that fear the LORD say, that his mercy endureth for ever.

5 I called upon the LORD in distress: the LORD answered me, and set me in a large place.

6 The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?

7 The LORD taketh my part with them that help me: therefore shall I see my desire upon them that hate me. 8 It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.

Accuracy - There Are Prophets, and then there are PROPHETS

Dear Stephen,
On Pearl Harbor Day i found myself looking backwards for the first time in quite awhile. On my emailer was a couple of posts asking about "what is to come"... and the "prophetic" in the BODY today. As i was struggling to respond to one post i looked back at the WPA only to find this question from Mr. Larry Olson, and things just fell ogether. At least in my discernment. So please forgive me for posting this and stirring things up once again.

Please forgive my audacity at responding tardily to your question of Wed Dec 5, 2001 11:50 pm when you asked an interesting question.…

"Is there a consensus. Who are the most powerful accurate prophets today, and what percent accurate are they?"

Steve Bening responded to this as did several others. Stephen Holmes on Fri Dec 7, 2001 11:14 am gave a response i will have to "argue" with when he said... ""Daniel, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Isaiah, Amos, John, etc. All 100% accurate.""

For you see...none of these Old Testament Prophets have been proven out. Likewise Mr. Holmes failed to mention the most important of all prophets, Yeshua ben Yosef....our KING. But even JESUS has prophecies yet to be fulfilled. And i believe that this is the crux of the problem. So please allow me to make a wild statement…

THERE ARE PROPHETS, and then there are prophets.…

In America today there are roving ministries that use the terms prophet or prophetic in their game plan. But the question you raise is different. You are asking if there is a PROPHET IN THE LAND. Even more enjoyable to my perverse sense of humor is your request for accuracy percentages. In the Amerikan Church going 1 for 3 is pretty good. The problem is, as it always is...with THE WORD OF GOD.

According to the BOOK if a prophet is wrong once....he/she is a false prophet and is to be put to death.

But as i said...there are PROPHETS...and there are prophets.

Look back to the time of MOSES....people were prophesying in the camp. JESUS'S disciples had the same problem with non-disciples. At the time of Samuel prophets were wandering around, Saul joined them....remember? Now when Elijah the Tishbite came around prophets were hiding in caves. Later there were schools of them in Jericho and Bethel. But we have no real proof GOD ALMIGHTY used them.

Now we know Nathan was sent to DAVID...like Elijah to AHAB. A "young" prophet was sent to Jeroboam....and an "old" prophet caused his death. Similarly Eli was warned to get his sons in order. Scripture says GOD SENDS HIS SERVANTS THE PROPHETS. Mr. Holmes mention some men who GOD SENT. But not all of what they have written has come to pass....YET. There is your crux. We have been waiting to see AMOS 9 come to pass for a long time. The same goes for Isaiah 62. And i can go on.

Mr. Olson, forgive me, but what you asked is for prognostication, not someone who comes forth and speaks the ORACLES OF GOD. For hundreds of years people were prophesying all over the place, but GOD DID NOT USE THEM. Instead, IT IS WRITTEN that GOD SENT a "lying spirit" to fill the mouths of the false prophets who spoke...how did Isaiah put it...."smoooothhhh things…"

Now go, write it before them in a table, and note it in a book, that it may be for the time to come for ever and ever: That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that will not hear the law of the LORD:

Which say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits: Get you out of the way, turn aside out of the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us.

Isaiah was told to write those specific words. And as it was then, is it any different now? Today the issue is "personal prophecy" to entertain the congregation. To give "HOLY GHOST GOOSE BUMPS" to one and all. No one wants to hear a David Wilkerson any more today as when they threw Jeremiah into the cistern. Every week there are hundreds of "words" posted on the different internet sites. Lots of people doing it. Much of it sounds "good", feels "spiritual". Too bad some of it that gets forwarded back and forth is so unscriptural. But like i said at the start the problem is with THE WORD OF GOD. Hebrews 5 ends with "But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil." Too many can not discern, so they prefer to "feel good".

Mr. Olson, if you want to "find" the SERVANTS that ABBA is sending today to confront sin in this nation you may have to look back months and years. See what was written and how it stands today. Isaiah prophesied 150 years before Jeremiah. The nation really did not change. David Wilkerson has been warning and teaching for years. Dimitriu Dudemon was sent to the US of A to warn us and for years went wherever he could to warn. Several others have long hard records of doing the same.

But let me share an aspect with you as i screech to a halt. Steve Bening moves under the ANOINTING of Jeremiah, as John the Baptist was filled with THE SPIRIT OF ELIJAH. In the first 15 chapters Jeremiah was clearly told that his people had gone too far and GOD had had it. He was told to stop "praying"..."interceding" for them. Chapter 15 culminates it quite well. Only Jerry wrote a total of 52 chapters. Jerry had a lot of work to do after GOD said Jerusalem was "condemned" to destruction. Today many say if we play games we can prevent "bad things" from happening. Pray, Fast, Assemble and GOD will change HIS MIND. All i have id Jeremiah 15 to bring me to reality.

All ABBA'S KIDS were given the GIFTS OF THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT. THE GIFTS were to minister unto the sheep. Not to build personal kingdoms. That is what we see. Big name ministries going from church to church making a living off of GOD. And the sheep are scattered and the children hunger for simple bread and water. There is little milk and no meat or honey to be found. For a long time there has been a famine in the land. Yet we hear of prosperity from all sides. Darkness grows deeper and the night colder.

And prophets abound all over the land.

False Intercession And The True Prophet

Funny how things happen. Today my wife and son were with me as we went out to enjoy the weather picnicking. Many around the country are still in shock after last Tuesday's attack. Some are grieving. Many are becoming angry. This morning I went to the grocery store and was not paying attention to the "piped in music" until I realized I was whistling along to Sousa's Semper Fidelis....one of my favorite marches growing up. I wondered why music labeled "patriotic" is never played except during times of trouble. Like the GULF WAR.... and the Iranian Hostage Crisis. I had wondered why THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT had not impressed on me the call to intercede on behalf of the missing and the lost. When I prayed concerning that issue I was reminded of an event in the Old Testament. At first I thought it was the answer to my "lack of emotion". But like a lot of things THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT brought this to my spirit man and then rotated it. I was not expecting the "rebuke"....not in that force.

There was a King who was grieving and interceding. He tore his cloths, put on ashes and did all the things we expect from serious intercession. He fasted and prayed with all his strength, heart, soul, and spirit. We would be proud of his efforts. But this man, like most intercessors today, had a problem. He was praying against GOD. Against GOD'S WILL....against GOD'S DECLARED JUDGMENT. That King of course was David...a man after GOD'S OWN HEART. Let's look at the end of the story. 2 Samuel 12....

Chapter 12

1 And the LORD sent Nathan unto David. And he came unto him, and said unto him, There were two men in one city; the one rich, and the other poor.

2 The rich man had exceeding many flocks and herds:

3 But the poor man had nothing, save one little ewe lamb, which he had bought and nourished up: and it grew up together with him, and with his children; it did eat of his own meat, and drank of his own cup, and lay in his bosom, and was unto him as a daughter.

4 And there came a traveller unto the rich man, and he spared to take of his own flock and of his own herd, to dress for the wayfaring man that was come unto him; but took the poor man's lamb, and dressed it for the man that was come to him.

5 And David's anger was greatly kindled against the man; and he said to Nathan, As the LORD liveth, the man that hath done this thing shall surely die:

6 And he shall restore the lamb fourfold, because he did this thing, and because he had no pity.

7 And Nathan said to David, Thou art the man. Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, I anointed thee king over Israel, and I delivered thee out of the hand of Saul;

8 And I gave thee thy master's house, and thy master's wives into thy bosom, and gave thee the house of Israel and of Judah; and if that had been too little, I would moreover have given unto thee such and such things.

9 Wherefore hast thou despised the commandment of the LORD, to do evil in his sight? thou hast killed Uriah the Hittite with the sword, and hast taken his wife to be thy wife, and hast slain him with the sword of the children of Ammon.

10 Now therefore the sword shall never depart from thine house; because thou hast despised me, and hast taken the wife of Uriah the Hittite to be thy wife.

11 Thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will raise up evil against thee out of thine own house, and I will take thy wives before thine eyes, and give them unto thy neighbour, and he shall lie with thy wives in the sight of this sun.

12 For thou didst it secretly: but I will do this thing before all Israel, and before the sun.

13 And David said unto Nathan, I have sinned against the LORD. And Nathan said unto David, The LORD also hath put away thy sin; thou shalt not die.

14 Howbeit, because by this deed thou hast given great occasion to the enemies of the LORD to blaspheme, the child also that is born unto thee shall surely die.

15 And Nathan departed unto his house. And the LORD struck the child that Uriah's wife bare unto David, and it was very sick.

16 David therefore besought God for the child; and David fasted, and went in, and lay all night upon the earth.

17 And the elders of his house arose, and went to him, to raise him up from the earth: but he would not, neither did he eat bread with them.

18 And it came to pass on the seventh day, that the child died. And the servants of David feared to tell him that the child was dead: for they said, Behold, while the child was yet alive, we spake unto him, and he would not hearken unto our voice: how will he then vex himself, if we tell him that the child is dead?

19 But when David saw that his servants whispered, David perceived that the child was dead: therefore David said unto his servants, Is the child dead? And they said, He is dead.

20 Then David arose from the earth, and washed, and anointed himself, and changed his apparel, and came into the house of the LORD, and worshipped: then he came to his own house; and when he required, they set bread before him, and he did eat.

21 Then said his servants unto him, What thing is this that thou hast done? thou didst fast and weep for the child, while it was alive; but when the child was dead, thou didst rise and eat bread.

22 And he said, While the child was yet alive, I fasted and wept: for I said, Who can tell whether GOD will be gracious to me, that the child may live?

23 But now he is dead, wherefore should I fast? can I bring him back again? I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me.

For seven days David contested THE JUDGMENT OF GOD. Why? Today we have so called prophets who speak the judgment against cities and areas, and immediately say that GOD might repent if they pray long enough and hard enough. What they are doing is playing THE NINEVEH GAMBIT. When Jonah finally made it to Nineveh he spoke as Nathan did to David. David repented. The king of Nineveh repented. AND he made everyone else fast, put on sack cloth and ashes. GOD held back HIS JUDGMENT for another 100 or so years. Jonah was offended. So were David's servants. So are most Christians I know....most of the time.

If GOD never sent those so called prophets to speak judgment, when the prophet made time frame ends with no destruction said prophet can take their bows before man. I hope they enjoy their reward in this life, because the promises GOD has set in HIS WORD for this type of behavior is dramatic.

David thought that just maybe Grace will win out over Judgment. There are many who say Mercy will overcome Judgment. As in the cases of Hezekiah, and Nineveh. Only GOD chose not to show MERCY. GOD sent HIS SERVANT to expose David's sin. GOD considered it important. JUDGMENT was pronounced and carried out.

On Tuesday many people died with no warning. Innocent people? Maybe many were. Over the years JUDGMENT has been pronounced on NEW YORK CITY, AMERICA, and even the CHURCH. David struggled with GOD seven days. GOD WON.....in the battle of wills between a man and HIS GOD. Judgment has been waiting for years.

And Mercy does not always triumph over Judgment. James gives us the image....

13 For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath showed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.

14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?

Jesus said "as we forgive those who trespass against us".

He also said 7 Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.

So MERCY IS SHOWN TO THOSE WHO SHOW IT TO OTHERS....goes well with what HE said to the SHEEP and the GOATS....40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

So Mercy has it's place in ABBA'S order of things. But as a servant and an intercessor we should not be trying to handcuff our JUDGE and SAVIOR. But we do have a place. It is not always a cute place to be. It can get scary.

2 O LORD, I have heard thy speech, and was afraid: O LORD, revive thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy.

Especially when we see THE RULES GOD SETS....

While I had studied these verses many times, verse 17 today suddenly stood out. Solomon was visited by GOD who laid it all down pat. Do the commandments...obey the statutes....and the judgments? What did GOD mean? To accept and "watch" them take place? To observe can mean to "follow" or "obey", especially with statutes. But with judgments.....oy. Here I was lost....for a good half day. And then I "heard" an old prayer. THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT brought to remembrance someone who know how to intercede. Listen to Daniel's prayer...

3 And I set my face unto the Lord God, to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes:

4 And I prayed unto the LORD my God, and made my confession, and said, O Lord, the great and dreadful God, keeping the covenant and mercy to them that love him, and to them that keep his commandments;

5 We have sinned, and have committed iniquity, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even by departing from thy precepts and from thy judgments:

6 Neither have we hearkened unto thy servants the prophets, which spake in thy name to our kings, our princes, and our fathers, and to all the people of the land.

David and Daniel did the same things....in verse 3. Both were sincere. But in his words, Daniel takes it to the place we need to be....O Lord, the great and dreadful God, keeping the covenant and mercy to them that love him, and to them that keep his commandments;

Notice MERCY FOLLOWS COVENANT? and continue from there to love....and keeping HIS COMMANDMENTS. If I remember right, JESUS said a whole bunch about love and obedience in JOHN'S GOSPEL.

5 We have sinned, and have committed iniquity, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even by departing from thy precepts and from thy judgments:

Daniel was repenting for his nation....and his nation had not been faithful to GOD'S PRECEPTS and JUDGMENTS.

We have once again entered into a time of judgments. Our only safety is in keeping covenant with our GOD.

America is neither innocent or sinless.

America...and the Church have been called repeatedly to repent and return.

That was always the purpose of TESHUVAH. TO SEE ONE'S SINS AND REPENT.

David repented after GOD through the Prophet Nathan, confronted the man and his sin.

Solomon, who spoke with GOD face to face would not repent.

TESHUVAH precedes THE DAY OF JUDGMENT.

THE TRUE PROPHET speaks when GOD declares. THE TRUE PROPHET POINTS TO SIN BEFORE JUDGMENT IS EVER SPOKEN. THE TRUE PROPHET does not call for intercession. THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT calls us to prayer, intercession, travail.

THE BRIDE can call her HANDMAIDENS to prayer prior to entering into the KING'S PRESENCE.

Many will call for prayer and fasting in the days ahead. Few will point to sin. Few will point to repentance.

Few will speak of COVENANT.

Listen and discern.

it is hard for me to fathom the depths of REVELATION that lies just before us. yesterday one of us spoke of the "coming great revival" and one of us spoke about a new flow of "love". how does it stand with the warnings of judgment and wrath many see?

The answer is in one term we "saw" yesterday.…

"NEVERTHELESS".… always a final call or warning. in the desert they blew the "SILVER TRUMPETS" when THE GLORY AROSE and moved. they also blew them when attacked. do you hear the call? i have for months… so i am moving. the next "call" i hear will probably be to stand again… wherever MY KING PLACES ME.

Yesterday someone quoted the parable of Mat 21 and the VINEYARD....it is a striking mirror of Isaiah 5. The reason i usually steer away from Mat 21:33-45 is because it is truncated. Man puts in the chapter and verse breaks. if you start in Mat 21:1 and work through the progression of images to Mat 25:46 you have a prophetic template of events for the LAST DAYS. Now in the middle of it is chapter 23 and the "SEVEN WOES" and the disortation of Mat 24 and the 4 "DO NOT BE DECEIVED" warnings. On either side are a flood of images that begins on the 10th day of the FIRST MONTH. Y'SHUA enters JERUSALEM and is called upon by the people...Y'SHUA! BEN DAOUD....HO'SHUANAH!!! JESUS...SON OF DAVID..."SAVE US"!!!! Then the next thing ya see is THE KING CLEANING ABBA'S HOUSE....and CURSES THE FIG TREE.… it is then that the PHARISEES/NICOLAOTINS challenge HIM and QUESTION HIS AUTHORITY…

Matthew 13 (or Reality Check)

it must be at least 2 weeks ago since i sent out a post with a rhetorical question about the Parables in Mat 13....THE MUSTARD SEED and THE LEAVEN primarily. Matthew 13 is a prophetic critique of "THE CHURCH" from it's HEAD. Mr Cook caught the "mustard seed" image. It's OLD TESTAMENT corollary is in Daniel and Neby's second dream....and THE DECREE OF THE "WATCHERS" and THE DEMAND/RULING/JUDGMENT OF "THE HOLY ONES".

Y'SHUA talks about FAITH as MUSTARD SEED SIZE....yet in 13:33....read it again children...man "took" the "seed" and planted it....and it grew and grew.… and demons "flocked" to it and dwell happily there.

Now look at the Leaven...a woman "hid" a little in the "meal"....or flour. does anyone remember where ya get flour....yes at the supermarket....bad joke.…

Flour is the 30-60-100 fold grain harvested and threshed and bagged...then "ground through the mill". anyone remember the old saying/warning about not eating your "seed"?

Now look again at the 2 PARABLES where THE KING SOWS HIS WORD? 2 completely different IMAGES in a strange way. THE SOWER AND THE SEED talks about SPIRITUAL WARFARE and THE WORLD, THE FLESH, and THE DEVIL attacking and prevailing in 75% of the scenario's given. THE WHEAT AND THE TARES is simple...utter infiltration of "the church" in the 25% that was not completely destroyed. the INFILTRATION comes when MEN SLEEP....SERVANTS SLEEP. that breaks my heart and i wonder how often i have been asleep while "on guard".… that leads to THE MUSTARD SEED and THE LEAVEN… they describe that INFILTRATION…

But it ain't hopeless because of the next 2 verses… and we are given a HIDDEN TREASURE and a PEARL with a price tag. anyone sell all and buy either one?

I ask that myself almost every day.

I have to because the next parable is the clincher. THE DRAGNET...which is JUDGMENT ...BEING WEIGHED in the BALANCE.

And then HE speaks of a PROPHET WITHOUT HONOR...how often we "prophetic types" use this to explain our "unacceptability" in this abomination with many 'heads' that is called "the church". YET IN MATTHEW 13 it is talking solely about THE LAMB OF GOD. the truth of the matter is the abomination wants nothing to do with anyone that even has a possible smidgen of TRUTH or THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT about them. Ever wonder why any man or woman who sold everything to buy THE TREASURE and THE PEARL scares the hell out of the NICOLAOTIN OVERLORDS? simple...they do not want to be freed of the BONDAGE OF HELL. why? because it is their "MUSTARD TREE"...their KINGDOM… and they know the WATCHERS will not compromise… THAT THE HOLY ONES...ABBA, THE LAMB, THE RUACH will agree....cut it down…

And i was told to "let the chips fall where they will lie".… THE LAMB does have a seance of humor.

Tonight i have to pack up the PC....maybe i'll set it up when i find a place to live in the next battle zone, maybe not. I have this strange feeling my "job" here is done. whatever it was ya got me. just take the time to "selah".…

I am sorry Kristine, but right now the over all "humor" of it all has hit me. I sat in Matthew 13 for months not realizing i had not "heard" or "saw" all that THE MASTER HAD BEEN SAYING. How many "prophets" and "apostles" say "we all have part" or "we see like through a glass" and we assume it was the way it should be.

Prophetic Imagery

i hope this gets through....the last three times i tried to post to the WPA it did not go through, the long messages i wrote "vanished" and my pc crashed. but that has happened everytime i have tried to post out..… and rebooting 2-3 times a day is a pain…

A week ago i shared this anecdote with Edith by phone with intent to share with you. it is easier to talk than to write.…

Two days after we got to Asheville i had a real funny introduction with this Jabez thing. when people first told me about this "book" they said it was for the "wealth of the wicked to send their wealth to the church". The first time i heard this rationalization i shook my head. after over 15 same declarations i got worried and asked ABBA....HE SAID "WATCH AND WAIT".… so i did not go out and buy this new "christian self-help book". Well at least it has a quasi-spiritual aspect.

Let me explain that only 70+ days ago we quit our jobs. 60+ days ago sold our house. Exactly 14 days ago we arrived in Ashevile.

Two things i noticed...the huge amount of birds all around, and the largest bunches of flowers up and down the streets and highways....most of which are "lilies".

A funny thing happened as i entered Asheville....a car passed me and slammed it's brakes. i'm glad the speed limit was only 35mph because i came inches from rearending the "idiot". But what caught my attention was a red bumper sticker with white lettering that boldly declaired.....…

WE STILL PRAY!

As the traffic backed up behind us...and please understand there was no stop sign...no traffic light… not an intersection even...the "idiot" just rammed to a stop and after about 45+ seconds roared away.

They only thing i could think was i was supposed to hit him/her/it.…

So as i started off again i asked a simple question… "what just happened?". the answer was weird....THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT asked me "TO WHOM DO THEY PRAY?"

I had no answer...i could assume THE GOD OF ABRAHAM, ISAAC, and JACOB. Buy said driver could be a Moslem, a Hindu, a Buddhist, use your imagination..…

What i got was another question "HOW DO THEY PRAY?" Now that carried a whole different can of worms. At least JESUS said to not pray as the heathen do. So i thought about how "christians" pray. Again if you take JESUS seriously....most christians don't pray like heathen....they pray nice and loud...often in King Jamesesse....like the "hypocrites".
To me you pray as THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT directs..… or in utter pain and desperation..."OUT OF THE DEPTHS".

Personally i take GOD seriously about "reasoning together",,,,it is a good time for intercession and supplication.

Since comming to town i have seen a whole lot of these bumper stickers....still have no clue...maybe it is a "right-wing" conspiracy for prayer in school?

THE DAY AFTER arriving we went looking around and found malls...and a book store called Books-a-Million. Never saw one before and we went in..…

Just as i came trough the door there was a HUGE crimson banner hanging from the ceiling with GOLD LETTERS that read "HARRY POTTER". and i thought...asheville=city of darkness....Harry should be popular here....personally i have nothing against old Harry, but lots of "christians" do. I wonder why they haven't screeched about Bilbo Baggins and Gandolf. Or Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Mary Poppins, and all of those other "practitioners" of the craft.…

Well i had to walk under the banner to check out the rest of the store....but i did not get far....because the display under ol' Harry was "THE BOOK OF JABEZ"..........… now i had to laugh....as i picked up a copy i heard in my spirit "WITCHCRAFT of THE PROSPERITY GOSPEL". As i looked at the $9.99 price tag on this tiny 85+ page large print thing i heard MY MASTER SAY..."IF THEY JUST SOUGHT MY KINGDOM FIRST AND FORMOST".…

I put the book back because i was living according to HIS WORDS. I/we left a $100,000 joint income....have not received a paycheck in 2 months. We came to asheville under intense attack with no jobs available for the moment. What good is repeating a 2 verse "give me, give me" prayer for 30 consecutive days when THE LAMB HIMSELF said "DO NOT PRAY IN VAIN REPETITIONS".

If i am not walking in obedience what good is any prayer?

Except for one of contrition and repentance.…

For 12 days we have gone back and forth....looking for a job...at least for me. In this time i see the birds of the air and the lilies of the field....if ABBA does not love me as much as
them, then i will need to worry. But i hear the songs every morning and i see vivid living color every mile i traveled...and i remember HIS WORDS from long ago that HE REPEATS SO OFTEN....."EVERYTHING IF GOING TO BE OKAY".…

Yesterday i did the paperwork for a fulltime job that starts monday.… i also landed a part time job 4 hours later...ABBA has provided....HE HAS BLESSED.…

I won't judge this whole Jabez fad....don't need to. My ABBA told me all about it in HIS WAY.…

Anybody who have gone the 30-60-90 day ritual and won the lottery the next week.… please give us a praise report....supposedly millions of people have bought the book.… thousands of preachers have joined the ranks....so someone out there has had to win / receive the "big enchalada"...… and if any have...i have now 12 days till my next/first paycheck.....etc...etc…

Servants And Stewards

Several years ago i was led by THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT to interact with a "prophetic" site. I did so for several years till my "personality" became too offensive for many. But during that time i was led to share with the group a "word" from my MASTER about being a "servant". Later HE said that in HIS HOUSE there is only room for servants and stewards.
At the time there were a few who read and received that "word". As i read what Alex and Stephen have written about the approaching "order", i hear THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT whisper, "NOW CHOOSE YOU THIS DAY.… WHOM WILL YOU SERVE?"

Funny how often we have heard this question from the mouths of so many well meaning men, and we all "know" the "spiritually correct response". As for me and my house, we will serve THE LORD. In reality, what is written in HIS WORD is different...too bad Joshua was not expecting his words to be so poorly used. Or the intent and purpose so blatantly butchered. I think the original meaning is on time and on target for today. Please look at WHAT IS WRITTEN…

13 And I have given you a land for which ye did not labour, and cities which ye built not, and ye dwell in them; of the vineyards and oliveyards which ye planted not do ye eat.
14 Now therefore fear the LORD, and serve him in sincerity and in truth: and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the flood, and in Egypt; and serve ye the LORD.
15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.
16 And the people answered and said, God forbid that we should forsake the LORD, to serve other gods;
17 For the LORD our God, he it is that brought us up and our fathers out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage, and which did those great signs in our sight, and preserved us in all the way wherein we went, and among all the people through whom we passed:
18 And the LORD drave out from before us all the people, even the Amorites which dwelt in the land: therefore will we also serve the LORD; for he is our God.
19 And Joshua said unto the people, Ye cannot serve the LORD: for he is an holy God; he is a jealous God; he will not forgive your transgressions nor your sins.
20 If ye forsake the LORD, and serve strange gods, then he will turn and do you hurt, and consume you, after that he hath done you good.
21 And the people said unto Joshua, Nay; but we will serve the LORD.
22 And Joshua said unto the people, Ye are witnesses against yourselves that ye have chosen you the LORD, to serve him. And they said, We are witnesses.
23 Now therefore put away, said he, the strange gods which are among you, and incline your heart unto the LORD God of Israel.
24 And the people said unto Joshua, The LORD our God will we serve, and his voice will we obey.
25 So Joshua made a covenant with the people that day, and set them a statute and an ordinance in Shechem.

Every time i read verses 14 and 15 i get cold chills. These people are the "generation X", the "wilderness generation" that the amerikan church has been pushing for years. They dwelt under the SHEKINAH and ate Manna. They watched the river Jordan back up and Jericho's walls fall. Now Joshua tells them to get rid of their idols....THEIR IDOLS????? Yes. Any different from today?

Now i have to go back to verse 15....HOW CAN JOSHUA SAY..."And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD........". How could it seem evil to serve GOD? Well Isaiah said that there would be a people that had a real problem with discernment. "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!" It would seem their taste buds are not so good. But David clarifies this nicely in his song that states.… "O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him." Can you imagine the Joshua Generation HAD NEVER tasted the GOODNESS David sung about?

David could sing AT ALL TIMES I WILL BLESS THE LORD....because he was "a man after GOD'S own HEART". The Joshua Generation had their idols hidden and guarded. So it is today. Which makes me wonder why so few fear the LORD enough to keep their mouths shut when listening to other spirits. Joshua gave a dire warning that applies to us as heavily as it did the people who entered THE LAND GOD PROMISED.

19 And Joshua said unto the people, Ye cannot serve the LORD: for he is an holy God; he is a jealous God; he will not forgive your transgressions nor your sins.
20 If ye forsake the LORD, and serve strange gods, then he will turn and do you hurt, and consume you, after that he hath done you good.

Joshua makes two interesting points. First, that idol worshipers can not serve a HOLY GOD. Now that should be a given for all of us. JESUS HIMSELF SAID... No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold 
to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. The second point is in verse 20 those who forsake GOD have no chance to be forgiven. This same image is in HEBREWS 6…

4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,
6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

Anyone notice the image from HEBREWS of TASTING the "good word of GOD"? I'm sorry, but it ties everything together. A TRUE SERVANT must have TASTED GOD....just like DAVID DID.

Anyone remember...But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. I could say that SERVANTS live on THE BREAD OF THE WORD....but that is a cop out. In Matthew 4 we see the term "WORD".

In greek it is RHEMA. Not LOGOS. It is the SPIRIT OF PROPHESY that is mentioned by JOHN on Patmos. It is the revealing of Y'SHUA as a living and dynamic part of our existance that brings us "LIFE". Funny how HE PUT IT to the 12 "apostles"…

Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him. As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.

It is a lot simpler to eat Manna lying on the ground. Or to chew on the RHEMA that "falls" down to us from the heavenlies. But it is real hard to get close up and into HIS FACE to "eat" HIS FLESH and to "drink" HIS BLOOD. It takes the image of "abiding" to a level the church has never perceived. Not long ago on this forum the cry "ONLY JESUS" went up and down the line. At the time i kept hearing HIS WORDS "EXCEPT YOU EAT.....AND DRINK.......''. Faintly aware i would eventually get to this point today i tried to stay out of the issue...at that time.

Today there is so "much to do" about mantles, positions, offices. Must seem to HIM a lot like the 12 jockeying for position just before THE LAST SUPPER. Back then HE HAD TO WASH THEIR FEET...funny how an image repeated here with PETER.

Then cometh he to Simon Peter: and Peter saith unto him, Lord, dost thou wash my feet? Jesus answered and said unto him, What I do thou knowest not now; but thou shalt know hereafter. Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me.

Here we see "washing" and "eating" suddenly on the same level. Unless we do as HE SAYS....we are outside of HIS PLANS....HIS WILL....HIS KINGDOM.

Suddenly we are forced to use the term "obedience". A true servant obeys his/her MASTER. This is where the whole issue of LOVE falls into it ALEX. We can only LOVE ONE MASTER. And HE SAID CLEARLY....IF YOU LOVE ME you WILL OBEY MY COMMANDMENTS. And then HE "ADDS" a "NEW COMMANDMENT".....that they love one another. No, it really was not new, but it was HIS SPECIFIC COMMAND for them. Sort of like when JOSHUA said..… Now therefore put away, said he, the strange gods which are among you, and incline your heart unto the LORD God of Israel.

Be honest, GOD told them to dump the idols 70 years earlier...in the 10 COMMANDMENTS. Didn't mean too much it seems. Maybe that is why the church today is such a nasty place to be in? His "friends" never followed that command.....they never were interested in "loving one another". I guess that is why "pastors", "elders", "bishops", "prophets", "teachers", "evangelists", and "apostles" have kept everything in a major mess. They were too busy polishing their titles and anointings to be bothered with the "least of these". Being a servant washing everyone else's feet is not good enough for some who plan to rule and reign for eternity. They have their agendas for the MILLENNIUM all planned out.

Servants and stewards are rewarded if they have doubled their talents. They do well if they are awake and sober "serving" meat to their "fellow servants" when HE RETURNS. Stewardship has nothing to do with plowing money into a local church. It has everything to do at keeping fellow servants focused and content at doing WHAT PLEASES THE MASTER....even when it seems long in coming.

Funny how David looked at the future...…

The Sounds Of Silence

Sometimes i wonder what ABBA wants of me. Now i am not criticizing THE MOST HIGH GOD. Call it "deeply intrigued" by what is happening in my life, and how it is being done. In the realm of natural events i left my job, my home, my city and all my friends....June 15. Now on August 18 i am fully moved into a new home, have a new job in a new community. In about 60 days all was accomplished....in the natural.

What bothers me is in the realm of the spirit. What follows this paragraph was mostly written on August 13-14. When i tried to send it my pc "burped" and it vanished into the realm of the www. This kind of thing happens when i "get ahead" of whatever timescale ABBA has set in motion. So i watch what takes place while i await the proper time and i usually am amazed. So it is now. From 3 different sources i have been given WORDS from a Mr John Lallier. What he says about south Florida gives rationalization for how i could move expeditiously.

Yesterday my friend and brother, Stephen Bening, shared from Isaiah 21. And the question that THE LORD OF HOSTS asks HIS WATCHMAN. Also yesterday i was sent through two sources a WORD from an old friend Stephen Hanson, "GO FORTH TO BATTLE AND TO TRIUMPH"" Please understand, i was sent out of South Florida to North Carolina for that reason....to destroy the works of the enemy. To put it bluntly...that is what has bothered me. I do not know how THE LORD OF HOSTS wants that done....except by what images i have gotten in the past, do i have a "handle" on how HE OPERATES. So here is what i wanted to share several days ago.........

THE SOUNDS OF SILENCE

For years i have moved as THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT has chosen to lead me. Often i have felt like Henry David Thoreau's "DIFFERENT DRUMMER" moving contrary to the "parade" because I hear a "different cadence" from a "different drummer". All to often i find myself seeing or listening to "images" in my spirit that can not be classified as "dreams" or "visions". When these begin to happen I can not hide from them, i have tried, and it does not work. Likewise specific people reenter my life by phone calls and emails. Since June 12 i have had three long periods of time without telephone, emails, and TV. You could call them PERIODS OF SEPERATION....PERIODS IN THE WILDERNESS. Or TIMES OF SILENCE...especially when i hear not the VOICE of MY GOD. The last occurred from July 29-30 till the 14th of August. During those times many tried to contact. My brother Trey Mitchell who I keep trying to contact without success. And my brother John Moore from MONTANA. In the past John always has contacted me as THE MOST HIGH has started me on a new path...or a new set of images. The last was the last week in December 2000....and the movie THE MAN WHO SHOT LIBERTY VALANCE. Many of you have read his and Bill Burns interpretations from that image. I do not know today what John has been receiving, but we have common images from MOVIES. I also get images from songs, sometime movie songs.

A while back i was in the PLACE of Isaiah 21...THE WATCHMAN whom THE MASTER QUESTIONED. And i wrote it was time for battle...all out warfare...the TIME OF THE DREADWARRIORS. Others also have picked this up. And now i have had some interesting Movie Images and songs...

It was a no brainer why THE MASTER sent me to the "BUCKLE OF THE BIBLE BELT''… lots of religion all over the place.... but it was a hybrid of Laodicea and Sardis ....spiritual blindness in the place where the enemy put his own throne. What i was doing cruising THE GATES made no sense....and then came an image of YUL BRYNER wearing all black driving a horse drawn hearse with Steve McQueen riding shotgun. Had a great song too. But my answer did not come from THE MAGNIFICENT SEVEN....but the SEVEN SAMURAI.... I was not there to storm the enemy's camp..... I was there not to kick down the enemy's gates....i closed and locked them... The answer came from a "new" movie about a Russian Sniper...and turning the tide of the battle of Stalingrad.

The movie is THE ENEMY AT THE GATE(S). Timely, ain't it..… All this time though i have had a song and lyrics hitting me constantly....and a Psalm. The Prophet Paul "RHYMIN" Simon and PSALM 49....not a happy marriage of images...i kid you not.…

The last THING MY MASTER told me to do was to tarry with HIM and to LISTEN TO THE SILENCE. Paul speaks clearly of dreams and visions and i see the many times i have defended the use by THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT of dreams and visions by "SO CALLED CHRISTIANS" that deny the prophetic...deny dreams and visions...and deny that there is A MOST HOLY SPIRIT. And JOB 33 where GOD SPEAKS TWICE...in dreams and night visions.

Hello darkness, my old friend, I've come to talk with you again, does not bother me when i am chewing on....

3 My mouth shall speak of wisdom; and the meditation of my heart shall be of understanding.

Darkness does not bother me...any of the four HEBREW definitions. Years ago Dr J R Church taught on the "dark sayings" and it allowed me to "see" them from a "different" vantage point. Later i studied Psalm 49 and all the collateral Old Testament verses that speak of GOD and darkness....in the HEBREW from a Sephardic Rebbe.

It is amazing how much is ignored by Dr Strong and the KJV.

You see, Psalm 49 starts out by addressing all the world....which is the CHURCH....and not ISRAEL...or the GLAMORIZED NORTH AMERICAN CONGREGATION...and ABBA means every man, woman, child...2 Both low and high, rich and poor, together.... the DARK SAYINGS is what follows....

5 Wherefore should I fear in the days of evil, when the iniquity of my heels shall compass me about?

YES...I "FEAR" THE MOST HIGH GOD....and HIS DAYS OF JUDGEMENT...but few seem to either notice or care. Without THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB we are all "DEAD MEAT".… without a relationship with ABBA we all fall short...SELAH.

6 They that trust in their wealth, and boast themselves in the multitude of their riches;

7 None of them can by any means redeem his brother, nor give to God a ransom for him:

8 (For the redemption of their soul is precious, and it ceaseth for ever:)

9 That he should still live for ever, and not see corruption.

Behold where the "GOSPEL OF PROSPERITY" has brought us. A "church" that incessantly "brags" about it's wealth and "blessings"....David asked once "WHY DO THE WICKED PROSPER"....to the amerikan church only the "VERY ELECT" prosper...it is there "witness" of "RIGHTIOUSNESS''........selah.

10 For he seeth that wise men die, likewise the fool and the brutish person perish, and leave their wealth to others.

11 Their inward thought is, that their houses shall continue for ever, and their dwelling places to all generations; they call their lands after their own names.

How many "ministries" out there have a "MAN'S" name in the letterhead? And so much for that brand of wisdom.

12 Nevertheless man being in honour abideth not: he is like the beasts that perish.

13 This their way is their folly: yet their posterity approve their sayings. Selah.

Boy, verse 13 nails it....their "prosperity" is their rational of DIVINE APPROVAL is FOLLY. "HONOUR" cuts no deal with THE HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL...so much for the approval of men...and the rules of men.

14 Like sheep they are laid in the grave; death shall feed on them; and the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning; and their beauty shall consume in the grave from their dwelling.

In the middle of this 14th verse is a wild image...THE UPRIGHT shall have DOMINION … not the affluent...anyone remember a NT line about "humble yourself in the SIGHT OF THE LORD...and HE will lift you up"...? selah....

15 But God will redeem my soul from the power of the grave: for he shall receive me. Selah. AMEN...

And tells us a whole lot of how this PSALM ENDS.......

16 Be not thou afraid when one is made rich, when the glory of his house is increased;

17 For when he dieth he shall carry nothing away: his glory shall not descend after him.

18 Though while he lived he blessed his soul: and men will praise thee, when thou doest well to thyself.

19 He shall go to the generation of his fathers; they shall never see light.

20 Man that is in honour, and understandeth not, is like the beasts that perish.

So much for worldly wealth and honors which the church and the professional clergy gloats over. Over a year ago THE MASTER hit me with an image...gather SILVER... which is understanding....without understanding wisdom is useless. Bit then again, without "UNDERSTANDING"....everything perishes...selah.

But Dr Church, and the Rebbe, pointed out the importance of "images"..."patterns"...and "sequences" which i have written and taught in great detail. So if you look at Psalm 49....it has to be part of something. Anyone ever study "SEVENS" in scripture?

If you make Psalm 49 the "shammish" of a seven PSALM MENNORAH...things "HAPPEN"....remember "7"s....

Psalm 46

1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

2 Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;

3 Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.

4 There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.

Psalm 52

It is interesting how the pattern flows....now go back and read just the 7^th and 14^th and 21^st verses in order....but see where it all leads to and this is what is so amazing...

Psalm 53

To the chief Musician upon Mahalath, Maschil, A Psalm of David.

1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good.

2 God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God.

3 Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

4 Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread: they have not called upon God.

5 There were they in great fear, where no fear was: for God hath scattered the bones of him that encampeth against thee: thou hast put them to shame, because God hath despised them.

6 Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! When God bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.

Anyone notice...no seventh verse in psalm 53? no place for redemption...for the FOOL .. those with "abominable iniquity". even the term is frightening. As is THE MASTER'S WORDS to the GOATS...."DEPART FROM ME YOU WORKERS OF INIQUITY, FOR I NEVER KNEW YOU".

Many people send me daily reports on the troubles in Israel. There are many who predict even greater "TROUBLES". I can not help but wonder if they know THE WORD OF GOD.… DANIEL'S 70TH WEEK...THE TIME OF JACOB'S TROUBLE? As long as "we" americanski think we are the center of the universe we will miss the fact that GOD said this all will happen. So everytime someone sends me an email for prayer for GOD to INTERVENE and stop it, i shudder. And it takes me back to RHYMIN' SIMON…

During my "silence" Sister Edith Jackson sent me something i wrote in 2000 about GRAY STREETS...GRAY PEOPLE.... and i realized the images painted in this song was not new to me...that is unsettling when you read his next verse.…

Beautiful line...the "naked light"....THE LIGHT of GOD IS PURE...nothing HIDDEN or DISGUISED...TRUTH

 

"Fools" said I, "You do not know

Ouch...have i been trying to reach THE FOOLS, LORD? i asked....and realized it was not me they were ignoring...but ABBA. and i cried some more.

Where are the "highways" and "byways" to the AFLUENT LAODICIAN church? Yes ...skid row ...which is where the prophets need to be...among the "have-nots" who are lost, hurting.... alone.

Scarey words that end with an intriguing comment....or is it an answer to AMERICA when JUDGEMENT FALLS as the WORD OF THE LORD has come forth over and over since the 1920's. On a very personal note...1965 saw a song i listened to over and over...the theme song of my youth, long forgotten till this last time of QUIET…

The PROBLEM is i am not a ROCK....when LOVE...ABBA enters your life it is wonderful. But when you pick up HIS "BURDEN"...HIS "YOKE"...things change. You learn GRIEF. You learn TRAVAIL. You can not have relationship with ABBA without picking up HIS EMOTIONS. My ARMOR is useless...as is my poetry. funny....but those old words are true…

but i am not an island sitting all alone, isolated, insulated...

i am not a rock...my tears acknowledge that fact…

 

But i am happy to declare ABBA..."LOVES ME LIKE A ROCK"....a ROCK THAT NEVER CHANGES...THE ROCK OF ISRAEL WHERE MOSES AND DAVID STOOD ON.......and i do too.

The Fourth Jet

Maybe it is just me, but it amazes me how often THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT will gently whisper that still sweet voice that Elijah heard when anyone else would have expected GOD to ROAR through the WHIRLWIND, the EARTHQUAKE, or the FIRE. Why is it so easy for us to misinterpret what we actually "hear" and to accept what we wanted to see.

Today, out of nowhere a flow began. In a short time span i had run through multiple currents of THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT that i would probably not have perceived. Yet it all centered strangely in two twin torrents. The first is simply to "walk" with the LORD....the second is to "love" the LORD with all your heart, strength, mind and soul. The funny part of it is that both require the same two aspects. Obedience and brokenness. It is only then where COVENANT is established....both ways. For you see it has always been one way with GOD. FOR HE SO LOVED THE WORLD....

But that is not the case with man. But GOD has tried. And now as JUDGMENT seems to be the principle thought on many minds, many would accept that the easiest way to "escape" JUDGMENT is to "get good with GOD". To them that means to "GET RELIGION". The trouble is GOD has HIS OWN IDEAS about that. Isaiah spoke of it in his admonishment of wicked children in the 30th chapter....

Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, "This is the way; walk in it."

I keep hearing THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT say, turn here and go there today. Interesting....

Moses instructed the PEOPLE OF GOD several times.…

Deuteronomy 5

32 So be careful to do what the LORD your God has commanded you; do not turn aside to the right or to the left.

Deuteronomy 17

11 Act according to the law they teach you and the decisions they give you. Do not turn aside from what they tell you, to the right or to the left.

Deuteronomy 17

19 It is to be with him, and he is to read it all the days of his life so that he may learn to revere the LORD his God and follow carefully all the words of this law and these decrees

20 and not consider himself better than his brothers and turn from the law to the right or to the left. Then he and his descendants will reign a long time over his kingdom in Israel.

Deuteronomy 28

13 The LORD will make you the head, not the tail. If you pay attention to the commands of the LORD your God that I give you this day and carefully follow them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom.

14 Do not turn aside from any of the commands I give you today, to the right or to the left, following other gods and serving them.

15 However, if you do not obey the LORD your God and do not carefully follow all his commands and decrees I am giving you today, all these curses will come upon you and overtake you:

I know there are many who label themselves as "Christians" will say that all that is the "LAW STUFF". It is all MOSES'S WORDS.  Well i have two witnesses against that.

Even Jesus had this thing about "us" obeying HIM. HE does say that HE WOULD COMMAND US. And i also remember HIM CLAIMING to be THE GOOD SHEPHERD ....and HIS SHEEP HEARING HIS VOICE.

Now that is a scary thought....all those "christians" who deny that HE SPEAKS today....all those who deny that there is a MOST HOLY SPIRIT working and speaking...drawing men to JESUS so they can find ABBA....they ain't HIS SHEEP//??!!

If they don't "HEAR HIM"....they can't "KNOW HIM". So why should they expect PROSPERITY, BLESSINGS, MERCY, and GRACE?

That is an interesting place to come to.

Especially when THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT asks a question that expands your thoughts.

This week we saw the carnage of three jets that were purposefully crashed in NEW YORK and WASHINGTON DC. Yet there was a FOURTH JET. It too was hijacked and crashed. Many speculated where it's intended target was.

I think THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT told me where today. I believe...no...i know it is TRUE.

The FOURTH JET crashed in Pennsylvania, not far from Pittsburgh.

The TARGET WAS PHILADELPHIA.....CONSTITUTION HALL and THE LIBERTY BELL.....and THE CONSTITUTION.

JESUS said....

12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.

13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

14 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.

There were FOUR JETS. All were commandeered by maybe 5 FANATICS. I do not know the sequence of which crashed first, where it crashed. It does not matter. Of all FOUR, only one was prevented from reaching it's target. Maybe it all mattered upon the time each flew to it's target. Maybe it was only THE FOURTH JET where a few "understood" that whatever was happening had to be stopped. And they were the only ones who could.

America is not really accustomed to sacrifice. Maybe that is why we are eager to elevate men and women on the PODIUM of the HEROIC for almost every thing. The fact we call people "HEROES" and "ROLE MODELS" because of success at sporting events tells you how off centered we are.

A HERO is one who overcomes....paying a price along the way.

Now many athletes do. But even the NFL realized they had to step aside and acknowledge the cost paid by NEW YORK'S FINEST. FIREFIGHTERS AND POLICE who "DIED IN THE LINE OF DUTY".

Before Tuesday i saw someone quote Edmund Burke who said "All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing." He said that in 1795. I guess Edmund was right to some degree. But i have a question about "good"...

JESUS replied to THE RICH YOUNG RULER...

18 And a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?

19 And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, that is, God.

I accept this...and i also accept the requirement JESUS gave the ruler....Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.

I have to believe that on THE FOURTH JET a "FEW GOOD MEN" came to themselves at the last moment and were willing to "sell it all" and knowingly "lay down their lives". Now we can say that they did it completely aware of the final outcome of their actions. But i do not think so. Men and women who do heroic deeds do so most often without thinking. Many will say after the fact they "knew" what they had to do and just did it. They simply heard a voice say "do this" and they did.

I went back a week to see what THE MOST HOLY SPIRIT was "nudging" me towards ....funny, but ABBA was telling me expect WAR....expect LOSS...expect to be UNDER SIEGE...

That FOURTH JET is so important. The ATTACK on TUESDAY was entirely SYMBOLIC. As bad as it was.…what would AMERICA be demanding if CONSTITUTION HALL had been destroyed.

There is someone...something...out there that has been planning war against mankind since JESUS saw him cast out of HEAVEN. Daniel called him "THE LITTLE HORN"...."the Prince that shall come".

JESUS called him "the PRINCE of this WORLD".

I call him THE BEAST....so does John out on the Isle of Patmos. Paul said...

6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.

7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

Paul calls him "WICKED"....it's all the same persona. THE SERPENT...THE RED DRAGON....

But there are three dragons....

Isaiah 27

1 In that day the LORD with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea.

But that "day" is not yet here....the "little horn" still has an appointed time to do his stuff....that is why ABBA warned us...

20 Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.

21 For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

It is no coincidence that this year ends MONDAY/TUESDAY.....YOM TERUAH....THE DAY OF THE AWAKENING BLAST is before us. It is also YOM HA'DIN....THE DAY OF JUDGMENT. It is also YOM HA'ZIKARON...THE DAY OF REMBERANCE.

For 2000 years this day has been a day of self examination, a day of repentance.

For 2000+ years the proper greeting among those in COVENANT with GOD has been...

'Lashanah Tovah Tikkateva' or should i say....'Lashanah Tovah Tikkateva'

or..."MAY YOUR NAME BE INSCRIBED IN THE BOOK OF LIFE FOR A GOOD YEAR."

Funny thing this book....it is serious....

Revelation 20

14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

So my prayer to all today is the same as JESUS probably used as a child....

"MAY YOUR NAME BE INSCRIBED IN THE BOOK OF LIFE FOR A GOOD YEAR."
